Located in La Jolla condominiums close to downtown San Jose del Cabo This cozy retreat offers a comfortable bedroom, complete with all the essentials like a washing machine, iron, WiFi, and AC. Perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy your time in San José del Cabo at our condo. There are three swimming pools and the sea of Cortez is your backyard. You have many dining options available within walking distance. Sardina Cantina, Mama Mia, Zippers, Retro Burger and Pancake house are all a short distance from the condo. You can easily walk to Comer or Chedraui,two great supermarkets. Palmilla Beach is a short 2 minute drive,this is the best beach in Los Cabos. One of very few beaches safe for swimming. You can also book activities at Palmilla, such as Whale watching, sport fishing or simply a sight seeing tour, not to mention the snorkeling is incredible in this protected area. There is a 4 stage water filtration system connected to the refrigerator and ice maker as well as the small Faucet at the sink.

Pool temperature was very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped for cooking and preparing meals. Comfy room, nice view of the beach from the patio. Bob is a very responsive host, super helpful and available. Easy to walk to restaurants on the beach. Clean and well taken care of unit, highly recommend!

The property grounds at La Jolla are well maintained and the nearby beach is very large, with nice sand and very few people in January. The apartment is quite nice, though music from the hotel next door is loud and plays throughout the day. It is quieter down by the complex pools. It was easy to get around using Uber, though extensive road construction nearby (expected to be done by May) slowed down every trip.

We're sorry for the road construction, we have no control over that. Steps have been taken to deal with the noise from the neighboring resort. It's now a daytime issue and the night time is peaceful. Thank you.

Our host was welcoming and responded quickly when reached out to and responsive to concerns. Entry was easy and security introduced themselves efficiently. We were thrilled when we first entered the unit! The layout of the unit is great and has everything you could need. There is nothing better than bare sheet on cool floor tile! We were initially taken aback by a few areas of cleanliness. The interior tile floors were dusty enough to dirty our feet and required a sweep and mop as did the balcony. The balcony was very dusty and in areas had layers of built up bird feces/droppings on it. Kitchen appliances, equipment and tools all worked well. Fridge was new and worked very well. However it was dirty and there was mold in the freezer. The only true downside was having to wash everything thing before use. Glasses were coated in grime, Cutlery unclean, cutting boards the lot. Sadly It was our first impression that hung on for a couple days. After we cleaned up and settled in we a a wonderful stay. Bed was comfy. TV,s huge! Bathroom and shower great. La Jolla property is gorgeous, you almost have the beach all to yourself. We would stay again in a heartbeat if we knew overall cleanliness would be up to speed.

The cleaning fee was refunded. We always check the unit to make sure everything Is up to par for our guests. Unfortunately we were out of the country for this Rental. We apologize and we have hired a new cleaning service.
