Provençal mas with swimming pool, covering an area of 200m², spread over 2 levels
You will find all the Provençal charm, with its typical regional ceilings, and its carefully crafted decoration
This Provençal house with a swimming pool benefits from an enclosed and tree-lined plot (those lucky in July will be able to eat apricots and cherries).
It is semi-detached on one side and has no opposite neighbours.
The garden is landscaped:
- of a pleasant terrace, shaded by a pergola dressed with a white linen cloth, enhanced with a garden lounge, a salt water pool (10x4, with access steps, depth of 1.50m) with an alarm-type protection system, with a covered terrace equipped with sun loungers and a relaxation area.
- A patio with a relaxation area, a table with its chairs and 1 fridge.
- With 1 barbecue at your disposal (wood-fired).
- With a small vegetable garden of aromatic herbs, tomatoes... also available to tenants.
The land borders a river (unsecured) very easily accessible by a staircase.
GROUND FLOOR:
American kitchen (16m²), opening onto the dining area, with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, gas hob (4 burners)
Spacious living area (60m²) separated by an arch with a lounge space (40m²) including fireplace, TV, DVD and WIFI and a dining room (20m²)
Utility room with tumble dryer and washing machine
An independent toilet.
