Take a stroll to the beach using the 20th Street scenic walkway over Davis Canal, which can be accessed just two houses down. If you don't want to make the walk over the canal, then it's a quick drive to either 40th Street or Middleton Avenue (golf cart parking only for the latter) public beach accesses.

Relax in the living area equipped with a flat screen TV with streaming capabilities. Whip up some local seafood in the kitchen and enjoy dinner at the dining room table which provides seating for six.

The screened in porch located off the back of the house provides a great spot for a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink at night while feeling the sea breeze whistle through the oak trees.
