The location is amazing. It is right in the heart of Rue St Paul and is easy walking distance to many sights. You can even look right out of one of the living room windows to watch the people going up and down St Paul. The unit is spacious and easily accommodated our family of five. Would stay there again.

Everything from easy check in to cleanliness was perfect in every way. We felt safe in this location and much enjoyed the ease of assessibility of every thing around us.One small suggestion: there were no dish rags for dishes/ clean up. Add more fans in the bedrooms. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent!

The location could not be better to walk around the city. Hassle free check in and out, clean spacious accommodations. Would definitely recommend!

Great Location

The condo is very clean and cute. Little touches that made our stay extra enjoyable. The location is great, but because it is central, it may not be good for those not going out on a weekend night

A wonderful choice in Old Montreal!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were three friends in Montreal for a girl's weekend. The apartment is spacious, clean and perfect for relaxing. It is also very well situated in the heart of Old Montreal near shops and restaurants. The only challenge was navigating the narrow spiral staircase to the upstairs bedrooms (even with carry ons). We highly recommend this property!

Fantastic location, but that’s about all…

Great location. Good parking. Those are the positives. Negatives are many. Had to ask for information both check in and check out with little communication from the owner. The hallway and elevator smelled horribly. Paint was chipping in various places. Doors either didn’t close or when closed were hard to open. The ceiling in upstairs bathroom was so low had to stoop to get in without hitting the rafters. The pull out couch had broken springs. Couldn’t open or close the windows because of how the blinds are installed. In summary, for the money, this place was not at all worth the expense.

Nice old town apartment

The apartment was big, comfortable, and in a great location. The parking was great, but only used the car once. Walked everywhere and the section of Montreal was over the top.

Wonderful Apartment in the center of Old Montreal!

I stayed here with my family including my parents for two nights. I have never stayed in a vacation rental that was more centrally located! Too many pluses here: great location for sightseeing, spacious apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room overlooking the street and a great kitchen. Also, with the supplied monthly parking pass, parking was a breeze! Very nearby the apartment and in a safe location. Very highly recommended!

Amazing location, lots of space

We stayed with our 4 children and 2 grandparents (and my husband and I). Lots of space in the apartment and amazing location for Old Montreal. We did the laser show at Notre Dame and enjoyed the area around the apartment. The beds are on 3 levels with the highest level being the warmest but we were all comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great location and very spacious

Great spot! Location, check-in, size were all awesome. Unit was exceptionally clean Our only issue was a smell in the building entrance and elevator. It was an unbearable and very sour smell that persisted during our entire stay.

Great time in Old Montreal

Great location for restaurants and activities. Condo layout worked well for our family and area of town was safe for young kids.

Beware!

2 hours prior to arrival as we were driving into Canada from the US, the host informed us that they had to cancel our reservation due to an issue that required attention. 12 hours earlier when I had contacted the host, all was well. They offered no support to find an alternative option. After we scrambled to find and pay for last minute hotel rooms, I learned the next day that VRBO offers a help line. That was not obvious as we were driving and concerned that we were arriving in a city at night with no place to stay. I wish the host had suggested we call VRBO instead of just saying they couldn’t help us. The one star rating on all the categories is because there was no option for N/A

Lovely apartment in great locations

We loved the location and the apartment is very pretty and convenient. There are 3 bedrooms, not 4. The fourth bed is a pull out sofa bed in the living room. This was fine for our group as only one adult needed it. The parking was not too far and there is a space in front of the building to unload your luggage. The restaurant just next door is delicious. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location in old Montréal

We enjoyed our 4 nights in this flat. The location is convenient and communication with hosts was easy. The parking is a little further away than I expected but at least we had a way to park in the old city. The one drawback is that there was a terrible smell in the lobby and elevator of the building. We had to hold our breath getting from our flat on the 3rd floor to the outside! It seems they are aware of the issue as there was an air freshener in the elevator but they’ll need to determine the source and address it. Otherwise, it met our needs well.

Quaint and comfortable in perfect location

This was great for three adults and three kids. Easy walk to the Basilica, La Grande roue, market and restaurants of Old Montreal. We walked to the metro too- didn’t rent a car.

Roomy Apartment, Excellent Location

Our group of 5 friends thoroughly enjoy our stay in Old Montreal with this apartment as home base. Plenty of room to spread out and to gather, felt very updated but still charming hints of historical roots in the building. Location was ideal for shopping, dining, exploring, no car needed which is always a plus for us. Communication with management was easy and they even gave us their office code so we could drop off our bags before check in. Definitely recommend!

Perfect Location in Old Montréal with Wonderful Service

The apartment was clean, lovely and just as advertised. It was perfectly located for our family. So many bars and restaurants nearby. Next to a small shopping district with shops containing local artisans work, among other things. What I appreciated and didn’t expect was the level of courtesy and service. They made everything easy. The check in, check out and parking were seamless. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and have to say this was among the best in terms of service and being as advertised. I highly recommend.
