What a truly amazing find. The property was even better than pictured, and everything was in grand order. Inside was delightfully cozy, with perfect decorations everywhere. So many useful and different spaces, really made us feel at home. Everyone had an amazing time and we are already planning a return trip. Thanks so much to the host!!!

Amazing home

Easy check in, loved the home and all the special details that were all through the house. It was a special place where special memories were created with my family. A weekend was not enough time! Thank you Hannah for all the things you and your husband have done to make this home so special.

So beautiful and relaxing!

We had amazing time staying in Sylva! The home had everything we needed and was so cozy and relaxing! The pool, hot tub, and pool tables were huge hits with our kids. The home has lots of space to spread out, with plenty of cozy seating areas to read the large selection of books. We loved that the home is in a great location, close to everything. Shopping and restaurants were only 8 minutes away. We plan to stay there again soon!

Perfect Heavenly Getaway

This home is absolutely Gorgeous! So unique with such Character! Every room is a little different, with its own special touches. The home is beautiful in every way! The view is absolutely Gorgeous! My family and I especially loved how much we were surrounded by God and we all felt so at peace in this home! Absolutely gorgeous and HIGHLY recommend this home for anyone and your family who are looking for a beautiful, peaceful, heavenly getaway!

Daughter's Birthday

We celebrated my daughters 20th birthday. The house was the perfect space for all of us and the outdoor space is amazing. Location is convenient to everything as well.

Girls Trip

We had the perfect stay in this area, largely due to this lovely, charming property in a great location! The pool and hot tub were great! Beds were so comfortable, and there are so many cool touches throughout this home. So many things nearby… hiking, shopping, restaurants… went to Biltmore in Asheville one day, and was an all day trip. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Family Vacation

There were ten of us. We had plenty of room. Loved the outdoor space and watching the sunset behind the mountains. Everything pretty close by.

Our New Goto!

We had a group of family and friends for a Western game and this property is even better than the listing! The details, the coziness and cleanliness was incredible! They even left stuff for s’mores! We will definitely be back!

Perfect home to spend time together

The photos do not do this home justice. It is just stunning. Everything is so clean. Hannah and Clint have thought of everything you would ever need and included it in the house. The porches were perfect for hanging out and catching up. When the sun was too much on the patio we found ourselves enjoying the pool table inside. Lots of room for three couples. We plan to return. You can't ask for more attentive hosts. The area is so peaceful. Highly recommend.

Great House, View and Location

We really enjoyed this property. Great for kids with the pool and outside deck. Great view and peaceful place to stay. Location is central to the area with a lot to do.

Great place to stay!

The hosts are very nice and polite, they recomended us places to go and eat. The amenities were great, we had some bad weather but there was still plenty to do inside such as darts, the pool table, and board games. Sitting on the porch with the quietness and the view was very peaceful and relaxing. Location is great, right next to town with a walmart and multiple restaurants. We had six people and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out or lounge together in the livong room.

Good place to retreat and relax.

God has surely blessed Hannah and Clint to offer such a wonderful experience for their guests. There were so many little details that are often overlooked in other vrbo rentals I have stayed in. Not here. They think of everything. They work hard at making you feel right at home. The serenity this little place offers is beyond a 5 star rating. You feel you are all alone yet close to everything. This is definitely going in the memory bank of places to return. Something for all ages. You wo t be disappointed.

Blown away by the property and hosts!!

This beautiful home beyond exceeded our expectations! The pics were great and accurate but there is SO much more to this property and home than we had imagined! It’s quiet and secluded and I swear there wasn’t a single thing we needed that we couldn’t find here! The view from the back deck and pool was breathtaking night after night! Everything you need for cooking/cleaning, pool toys/floats/towels, and ample amount of linens, blankets and pillows, endless board games… I could go on and on! On top of all of this the hosts were easy to communicate with and so very kind and thoughtful. We were just blown away by this trip and we would most definitely return or recommend to anyone!

Peaceful magazine level decorated home

We've stayed a lot of VRBO homes, and never have we been in one so decorated/appointed in this way. From fresh cut flowers on the table, to tabletop devotionals on the day of your check-in, everything seemed to be brand new and well thought out. You can tell this was a home lovingly lived in for 20 years. There were also extras for everything, like toys for the pool, and TONS of outdoor seating to enjoy the large size pool and hot tub! Their was even a good view from the house of the adjacent mountain range. The homeowners met us the first day to ensure our check-in went smoothly, and were very sweet and attentive to anything we needed. We especially enjoyed reading about the root intent behind establishing the home as a vacation rental.

Beautiful location, great views, and a cozy home

We booked this place on a bit of a whim, as it's a newer listing. But our family had a GREAT time here! We've stayed a lot of rental places and this was one of the best. The hosts were very accommodating and their communication was really great. If we had any questions at all, they got back with an answer quickly. The house itself was really great. It had lots of room, everything was very comfortable, and had all the things you need to stay a week from home (pots, pans, soap, towels, games, etc.). You'll be hard press to find a home with a better view. We found ourselves taking pictures of the sunset pretty much every night because no one sunset is the same. You even have two decks to choose from where to sit and take in the sunset - or you can choose for the hot tub if you want! Our kids loved the pool, the games, the pool table and the fun upstairs rooms. A few other side notes worth considering with this home: The town of Sylva is really great. We were originally wanting to go to Asheville but found ourselves really liking Sylva instead so we never made that trip. It's a really cute, quaint little town. There is a ton of great hiking within 30 minutes of this home. If you want to avoid the chaos of some of the tourist traps, this place is just for you. This place is super quiet! No street noise - nothing. Super peaceful and relaxing. But, the best part is they still have a strong cell signal and good wifi! Such a great place. We'll definitely consider returning.

Relaxing Vacation

My family & I enjoyed every feature this wonderful property had to offer. There were multiple areas where we could all gather as a family while also offering several spaces for us to separate and be alone. I can’t begin to describe the view to give it justice, simply beautiful. We are already planning our return. The property owners went above and beyond leaving thoughtful touches throughout the home making it an unforgettable stay for my family. They paid attention to every detail, this was evidenced by the cleanliness of the property as well as the joyful welcome we received upon arrival. We all felt at home, only better.
