Items stolen no help from mgmmt
Where is VRBO latest book a place at the townhouse in Atlanta for a week then place was not available but I didn’t verify with the hopes that it wasn’t. This was the beginning of a never ending negative cycle for us. When VRBO went to the fifth person that I had to contact order to get a replacement room that they promised me they would give me this was a result of the room they gave me. Numerous high dollar items, sentimental items, and cash wete stolen by those employed by Homewood Suites by Hilton in Atl Ga. The referenced hotel has been contacted several times with promises from the front desk staff that the mgnt would return our calls and schedule a sit down face to meeting to discuss the "ransacking" and theft of our property to no avail.
It is Sunday May 15th, 2022 at 2:43 EST and We are en route to file a police report to list the items and have a complete criminals investigation of the items stolen. This theft, unfortunately, came right after tremendous negative events have occurred involving other theft which has sent both my roommate and myself on a tail spin mentally, financially, emotionally, and physically. We need to be compensated for the items including $4200 in cash taken, lost wages, pain and suffering, and demand an apology from the hotels management including a complete forward thinking strategy of how the hotel will prevent this from happening any one else. It is our intention to publicizde this atrocity to highest levels of leadership possible on a local and federal level if we are not heard. This is absolutely horrible and prevented me to being present for and obtaining one of the biggest financial investments of property in my life which would have rendered high returns. This has impacted my roommate and myself wellbeing to a devastating and deep degree. We are very very very irate at the lack pof concern for our items being returned by hotel management.
