This house worked well for our needs while visiting our son and daughter. We especially appreciated having enough space for everyone, including their dog, and the fenced backyard was a nice feature. The home was clean, well-stocked, and had plenty of amenities that made our stay comfortable. Ryan was excellent with communication and responded quickly whenever we had questions. The house is right near a lot of shopping and great restaurants. The only downsides were that the king bed in the front bedroom dipped in the middle, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on, and the yard was in need of mowing. The grass was quite overgrown, which made us a little concerned about letting the dog out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the property to be a good fit for our

Unfortunately there were some issues. The house had a stale smell. The coffee pot still had grounds in it that were all molded. The kitchen sponges were filthy and the counter was sticky in some areas and there was nothing to clean it with. The guest bathroom toilet flapper didn't always work. The fan in the primary bedroom did not work. The backyard patio area was cluttered with debris and the furniture was not arranged as it should have been expecting guests.We did stay one night of the four we reserved and were able to contact the host who was very understanding and said a credit would be issued for the 3 nights that we are not staying. It was disappointing and not what we expected from the pictures.

Awesome property

Very clean and convenient. It is a short drive to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. Also close to multiple shopping centers and restaurants.

Great Location & Place to Stay

I've already given this place a glowing review, but I don't mind stating again that it was all we were looking for and more for an enjoyable family vacation in San Antonio. Our puppy is a priority and he had everything he needed and so did we. Very cute place and exceptionally clean which is a must for the Mrs. Happy wife, happy life for me and this hit on all cylinders. Many thanks to Ryan for ensuring we had a wonderful stay!

The house is about as close to the airport as you can find, but no jet noise. It’s very convenient if you have family flying in to SA. The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood seemed mostly well maintained and quiet. Only minor critiques. Slow wifi, living room seating is not very comfortable and the interior doors are sticky and hard to close.

It was our first time staying somewhere besides a hotel and our experience was so great, that we will never go to a hotel again. The house was amazing and had everything we needed and more. Thank you and i will recommend this to everyone i know!!!

The property was just okay. I suppose I was expecting better because the photos looked amazing. Upon our arrival the first thing we noticed was that the yard needed to be cut, the back yard was high too, so even if we wanted to spend some time outside playing with the kids we couldn’t do that. The cleanliness of the entire house was just average. There was dishes in the dishwasher that hadn’t been washed so we ended up having to wash some of ours so that we wouldn’t leave anything in the sink. I did try to run the dishwasher twice but I don’t think it was working very well. There was pet hair found in random places including the freezer and the fridge. We also tried to use the laundry room but there was wet towels in the washing machine that we had to deal with before using it. The entire house had a weird smell but I wasn’t sure if that may have been just an old house smell or something else. There was some trash that was left under the sink that smelled horrible. Some of the towels need replacing because they have stains on them. And some of the linens were just left on the floor in the master bedroom so we didn’t want to use them. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The mattress in the master was very firm so we had a hard time sleeping. The location was great but unfortunately we won’t stay there again given the chance. The place needs a deep cleaning and updating.

Most thoughtful, and comfortable stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. So much so, that our whole family joked about wanting to buy the place! The host was quick to respond, and very kind! I absolutely loved the porch, it's plenty big for several adults and gave us somewhere to comfortably sit out of the sun while the little one's played. The house was fully stocked with all the cooking wear you need. I've stayed at some where it's just bare, not this place! Great for when you want to save some money and eat at home. The rest of the home was great. Beds were soft, they had a crib, extra blankets, plenty of towels, laundry detergent and the AC was cold! You can tell the host put a lot of time and thought into making this place accommodating! 10/10 would recommend and WILL be staying here again!

Lovely quiet neighborhood

The house was open and neatly decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything, which was a nice surprise. There were a couple of things though: 1st we paid 160 for a cleaning fee and I would assume that's what they charge everyone...they need to hire a new cleaning company. There was still toothpaste splatter on the faucet in the bedroom bathroom and the kitchen counters needed to be cleaned again they were sticky and clearly dirty. They also didn't empty the dishwasher.There was an issue with the internet in the bedroom where I was finally able to logon at one point, so I left the TV on, when we got back the TV was off and I never could get the internet to work again.I tried to call the "host" Ryan on the number provided at the house AND sent an email. Never received a response to either, so I never did get that TV to work.The landscaping needs a LOT of TLC, but overall it was a nice property.I had problems with the

An OKAY Stay

Host or the property manager was late to respond or wasn't responsive to inquiries and concerns at all. It seems like the host was connected through a third party, Evolve and not necessarily VRBO which was odd. I've never experienced this until now. We should have been able to check-in by 4 PM but it wasn't ready by the time we arrived around 9:00 PM. We weren't able to enter the house with the key provided. The doorknob appeared to be jammed as it wouldn't turn even though we can hear the bolt unlocking when the key is turned. Made attempts to connect to the host via VRBO message and mobile call but there's no response or voicemail was received. Had to go through Evolve. Children traveled with us which made it concerning because it was very late and dark out by then. Eventually Evolve got a hold of the host and we met with them at around 10:30 PM. They had to go through the garage to release the doorknob for entry into the home. The living room and kitchen ceiling has a crack going across but they told us it's normal for homes to look like that in San Antonio because the land shifts. We felt uneasy about that but since it was too late and we all were extremely tired from a long drive, we let it "slide". The home is nice otherwise so we stuck through. The neighborhood isn't the best appearance but it is quiet and it felt safe for the most part. Would I book here again? Maybe not.
