Silo Boho Bungalow - Downtown Waco
This studio condo features a full kitchen, comfortable living space, and a luxury dual-head shower, along with fifth-floor views of downtown Waco, the Suspension Bridge, and McLane Stadium. Located in the Behrens Lofts, it offers walkable access to Magnolia Market, the Dr Pepper Museum, shops, and dining, making it a convenient and relaxing place to stay while exploring Waco.
Boho Bungalow places you within easy walking distance of Magnolia Market, the Dr Pepper Museum just across the street, and many of downtown Waco’s best shops and restaurants. You’ll also be close to the Waco Suspension Bridge and have views toward McLane Stadium. Baylor University is nearby, and the stadium shuttle picks up just two blocks from the building, making it easy to get around without needing your car. Families can also enjoy nearby attractions like the Mayborn Museum and Cameron Park Zoo.
The Condo
This studio condo offers a comfortable and stylish space for your Waco getaway. The open layout includes a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and everything needed for meals or coffee in the morning. The living and sleeping area is designed for relaxation, with comfortable bedding and a cozy setup that makes it easy to unwind after a day out.

About the Behrens Building
The Behrens Lofts were originally built in 1913 for the Behrens Drug Company as a fireproof concrete structure and are one of the few buildings to withstand the 1953 Waco tornado. Today, the building blends its industrial history with modern loft living. As with most downtown locations, guests may occasionally hear normal city activity.

Amazing stay
Great location, within walking distance to all downtown has to offer! Spacious area for 1-4 people to comfortably stay. Has a lot of the essentials needed when traveling. Host was very responsive and gave me all the information I needed for a successful stay in waco!

In the middle of everything we went to do
Made a day of the Magnolia Market and Spice Village. Great food in the area. The SoHo Bungalow was perfect. Will be booking it again when we make our next trip to Waco, to continue our adventure of Waco.

Heart of Downtown Waco
The loft was clean and beautiful. Great view of downtown and the bridges. Close to Fabled Bookstore, the Silos, and downtown restaurants. Check-in instructions were clear. Love the repurposed building. Would stay here again!

Charming Condo, Excellent location, Spotless, Attentive Professional Property Manager
We enjoyed our stay very much. The building is super cool, the condo is the prefect size for us, extremely clean, decorations great, furniture comfy, location is great for walking distance to pretty much everywhere from coffee, attractions through dinner, all instructions clear and simple, bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything that we needed. The property manager is professional, kind and an excellent communicator. We definitely would recommend this property and we plan to return. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great visit to Waco
We loved the location. So close to everything. The host was available at all hours, including after 10pm when the key pad acted up and we couldn’t get in. That was very helpful.

Love. Love. Love. Came down for Baylor Family weekend. Location is perfect to restaurants and shuttle to game. It’s a must stay.

Awesome place and great hosts. Noisy location.
Space is amazing and perfect for our purposes. No complaints there. Only issue is sound.
There is a fair amount of street noise that can mostly
Be masked by the hvac fan. The train went through early once and nothing could block that out. Also grateful people above us weren’t early risers because you could hear all footsteps when they walked around.

Great location!
Great location and a cute space. There is a bit of noise from the local bars that can be heard inside, but that’s to be expected downtown. The only improvement would be for the property to have an easier route from the designated parking space to the rear entrance. Sometimes the key fob would not work in the front entrance to the building causing you to walk all the way around.

Great little place to stay!
GREAT little area to stay! We were able to walk over to the Silos and Spice Village, and found some great food along our walks! I think we moved the truck 2 times the whole weekend and it was wonderful!

TOP NOTCH VRBO!!!!!!
We plan on visiting Waco again and when we do we will 100% be staying here again! Location was everything! We walked everywhere!!!!!! The Vrbo was very clean and stylish and felt very safe! Modern loft/great location
Rented this property to attend Baylor graduation. It was a great Loft, located in downtown Waco, and walkable to many restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. The property managers were communicative and responsive. Would rent again.

Perfect Stay in Waco
My mom and I had a wonderful girls weekend stay at this loft. It is gorgeous, the location is perfect, and overall spotless. We loved the location and were able to walk to almost every place we wanted to visit in Waco. We fell in love with the Fabled bookshop and coffee cafe located next door. Don’t hesitate in booking this VRBO for your Waco stay. We plan to stay here again on our next visit!
