Welcome to Silocation, a creatively designed and newly refreshed condo located on the fifth floor of one of Waco’s most iconic downtown buildings. Just steps from the Magnolia Silos, this vibrant one-bedroom, one-bath retreat puts you within walking distance of Waco’s best local spots, including Fabled Bookstore, Spice Village, and the charm of Austin Avenue.

Designed for comfort and inspiration, the interior features the signature Waco style that made the city famous, with layers of texture, unique decor, and just the right mix of color and calm. This condo has been fully updated from top to bottom, including fresh paint, new furnishings, and modern touches throughout. Excellent Location! But the noise....

This is an excellent location! The property is ultra clean and centrally located to many shops, restaurants and the Magnolia Silos. Communication with the Property Manager was also 10/10.A note for light sleepers: The renters/owners of the unit above are loud! From running, stomping, moving furniture around, you can hear everything. Also, there is a drainage line that runs thru the ceiling of this property. This means that you will hear water running most times during your stay. Lastly, this property is a few blocks away from an active train track. Not sure how often the train passes, but you'll definitely hear it when it does. We heard it several times during our stay. Please note that the Property Manager does provide a white noise machine ear plugs in the room.Again, amazing property, but if you're a light sleeper, the noise may be a bit too much.

Another awesome stay!

Stayed here a year ago with a friend for a festival in town. My daughter loved the pics and wanted to stay here when we came for our family trip. Both hubby and daughter loved the condo as much as I had the first time, especially how close and convenient it was to all we were planning to visit. Condo has all amenities needed and is beyond comfy and conzy. Easiest five-star review ever!

Excellent location, super clean, well decorated, and very comfortable unit! The staff is very professional and prompt with response time. Shout out to Sarah for her exceptional and friendly customer service! Definitely a 5 star experience!

Wonderful Condo!!

Highly recommend staying at this condo! Easy check-in and out, great location and close parking, very clean and pictures are accurate. All communication with the host was prompt. Thank you for our wonderful stay in Waco, we had a great time and part of the reason was the condo!!

Perfect location!

Loved our stay in this condo near everything! If we hadn’t decided to eat at Morado, we would never have needed to move our vehicle! Comfortable and clean with a fun few from the 5th floor. The only thing I would change is the cheap plastic toilet seat.

Fantastic Downtown Apartment

Our weekend stay in this apartment was absolutely fantastic! It's in a great location downtown and easily walkable to restaurants and shops in several directions. It's also a perfect stay to walk to all-things-Silos! The apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable, and the finishes and furnishings are beautiful. The managers are wonderful. We received detailed arrival instructions and helpful information for our stay well before arrived. They responded to our few questions quickly in a kind, professional, and informative manner. You won't regret this booking!
