In the heart of the village of Brem-sur-Mer, just 100 meters from shops (bakery, newsagent/tobacconist, etc.), this fully renovated house will charm you with its unique character and decor inspired by an artist's loft, offering a space that is both modern and welcoming.

You enter directly into a spacious living area (35 m²) with a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine) opening onto the living room with its dining area (table, chairs, sideboard) and lounge area (sofa bed, coffee table, armchairs, flat-screen TV). Wi-Fi access is available.

(The sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) in the living room will be used as a single bed).

A hallway leads to the sleeping area with a shower room (shower, vanity unit, towel warmer), a separate toilet, and the bedroom: a double bed (140 cm), wardrobe, and chest of drawers. Please note: there are no shutters in the bedroom, but a blackout blind.

The living room opens onto a pleasant courtyard furnished with garden furniture (table, chairs, charcoal barbecue) and an awning, ideal for al fresco dining.

There is no private parking space, but parking is available on the neighboring streets.
