Bohemian Bungalow

This chic colorful apartment is newly furnished with bold colors and comfortable touches. The previous tenant was a Bohemian lady who had a flair for color so we kept the bold paint scheme and expanded on it. The apartment is part of a ground level duplex, and has mostly all new furnishings and updated appliances. The tile in the bathroom is retro style.The location is stellar as you can walk to many of the fun dining and drinking hotspots in trendy Riverside. We are located with in a mile of Interstate 10 and 2 miles from Interstate 95 and the downtown.Dedicated offstreet parking is assigned . A pet is permitted with a $ 50.00 fee up to one week! Guests staying a week or more will have access to the laundry serving my two adjacent duplexes. (A modest fee is charged. )There are security cameras on the premises. Awesome place

Very comfortable stay in this nice 1 bedroom. Perfect for the couple looking for a weekend in Jacksonvilles riverside neighborhood! Would stay again!

Adorable place!

It was nice and clean, very comfortable! Love the neighborhood, beautiful and quiet. Daiv has been extremely helpful with everything! We love him and this place, will be back soon!!

The property is centrally located ans accessible to everything. Host has great communication with you and give great suggestions for restaurants and attractions. The place has a vintage look, but very clean.

Perfect Weekend Stay

This was the perfect weekend stay with my wife. Really cool part of town. Accommodations were as advertised and very comfortable. The host had great communication and was very thoughtful about making it a smooth and enjoyable experience. We'll be back!

Daiv's place was very cute, comfy and clean. Daiv checked in with us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed and we did. We'd definitely stay again.

Great visit!

This is an adorable little property. The host is awesome and great at checking in and keeping in touch. Everything was clean and just as described. The host was super cool about my family staying over. No complaints.

Great little spot close to restaurants/bars

Daiv was awesome! Walked in to two delicious cupcakes and a cute little apartment that even had a honor bar. Very relaxing and walkable distance to restaurants/bars. Not to mention greatly priced! 10/10.

Bohemian Bungalow-Great Vive

Even though we only stayed 2 nights, we felt like we were staying in our home. We always felt safe and welcomed. Bungalows neighborhood, close to Avalon Historical strip with shops and restaurants, Riverside 5-Point neighborhood and a 20 Minute drive to JAX Beaches. Great Vive

The perfect getaway

Me and my husband travel a lot and this by far one of the best places we’ve stayed I’d have to give it a 10/10 and put it in my Top 5, The owner was very nice he even gave us cupcakes on arrival and we were super excited about that. The rental is well equipped and stocked with things you may have forgotten. We did a one night stay and It was perfect no complaints at all

Lovely apartment

I love the location and the furnishing/decor of this apartment. Perfect size for a couple. Comfy bed. The couch also was comfy which can be a rarity in rentals. The host was amazing and made us feel at home. We will be back when visiting Jax in future. Great walkable neighborhood too.

This was a tremendous alternative to the cookie cutter hotel room. The property was easy to find. The interior was decorated very nice. Bed was super comfortable. My wife enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the cool morning air. Our host went above and beyond. The welcome gift was delicious.

We had a wonderful stay. The advertising and pictures posted were surprisingly accurate. Diav (host) was extremely pleasant and communication with us very nice. All expectaions were surpassed. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting. We certainly will call Diav next visit to Jax.

One night get away

Nice, eclectic one bedroom. It was clean and has everything you need. Bed was comfy. Diav is a great host. Communicates wonderfully. The two cupcakes and personal note awaiting our arrival were a great touch. Darn good cupcake.

I am originally from Erie Pennsylvania. I have a degree in hospitality management and have been involved in the service industry most of my life. Although I’ve been retired for a while now hospitality is still in my blood and running several B&Bs in rental properties keeps me busy and active.

I chose this neighborhood as it is close to my house. The neighborhood is a very eclectic mix of young families with smaller and older starter homes. There’s lots of And hipster vibe in the area and the location is close to interstate, the dining district and downtown.

Bohemia gets its inspiration from a long-term former tenant who was from Bohemia, who started off with the unique paint scheme in this apartment. I took cues from her and her friends and transformed this mid-century modern apartment in to an unusual collection of art colors and vibrant energy.
