Pros: We wanted a place to celebrate a 50th birthday for the whole family and this place was a great size. The bunk bed area was perfect for 4 kids. The kitchen had everything, the location was walkable to the beach and restaurants, and the view was gorgeous. The kayaks, golf cart, pool, and hot tub were great additional amenities.Communication was fast at first, but closer to our stay I only received automated messages, no direct responses. Not sure if this was because it was around the holidays. One of the auto messages mentioned that the pool & hot tub couldn't be heated at the same time, and that we had to call a given number to operate the pool heat. Until I was finally directed to Julie, who was very helpful, this was a pain. If you're going at a time when you may to use both, this is something to know. The house did not have the arcade game as indicated in the picture. Not a huge deal, but it was a pictured feature that wasn't actually there.The info provided in the house was out of date (ex: trash collection info) so I had to contact for assistance a few times for different questions. Lastly, if you stay here, consider bringing your own towels,TP, and detergent. I understand why hosts don't provide endless supplies, but for a house this expensive it felt cheap to have these things strictly rationed by the host, considering our stay was a full week.
