We enjoyed our stay

Overall we enjoyed our trip and the location. The condo is cute, has plenty of space and most amenities. There could be a few updates to the condo, to improve the overall experience.

The kitchen is well appointed! Very clean! Location is great. The pool is amazing! Wonderful condo. The only issue is that the couch is sagging uncomfortable & needs to be replaced.

Convenient Walk to Beach

Condo was as described. Beds and furniture were comfortable. I would consider this property serviceable, convenient, nice but not fancy/higher end.

The condo it self was lovely, plenty of dished, pots etc. only negative was the sofa, needs to be replaced very uncomfortable.

OK Rental, Great Location

Not the cleanest, only complex WiFI, TVs not connected WiFi or Spectrum, all bathroom sinks stoppers broke, 2 wouldn't un block and 1 wouldn't block.

Quick Getaway

We really enjoyed our quick getaway to Oak Island. The condo was very nice and the location was great. The only complaint was the internet connection. Having to use the guest wifi for the complex made streaming a little more difficult. Other than that everything was wonderful!!

Family Vacation

Great space, absolutely as described. Plenty of room, close to the beach. I would say again! Host was great to communicate with, friendly and quick to respond! I was taken a little back we had to make our beds and strip them back down when we left. With the amount paid for the space and the amount charged for cleaning fees, I feel that should have been included (we also drove 17 hours to get there, so exhaustion played a piece in that frustration)

bugs in master bath, toiletries from prior guest, broken furniture, broken lamps, 0 as in none spices, rusty knives and utensils, no response from management(better beach utensils), love OKI. not this pla e

Our stay

Property was very nice. Enjoyed having a pool a long with the ocean. Location was good. Cleaning could have been better. Sink in hallway doesnt drain well. A dirty pillowcase was left in the king size bed. Paper on floor under coffee table. Tv and stand were dusty. One picture fell off wall and the nail wouldn't stay in. Ceiling fans need dusted. Over all a good place to stay.

Reclean

Overall the condo was nice, in a good location, and plenty of space. However we found food boxes under couch and chair in living room, a drink under one of the beds. The kitchen counters and table had food crumbs all over them. The showers were also dirty. We decided to just grab some cleaning stuff and do it ourselves.

Fantastic

Everything was just like the pictures! Plenty of space. Nice decor not cluttered with to many. The beds could be a little more comfortable. It was pretty clean except there was a dog toy under one of the pillows on the bed and I was sweeping dog hair daily. Overall it was great and would totally stay there again !
