accommodations very good did have issues with the tv at times,decor very tasteful do recommend that they place speed bumps on the road facing our condo 5202,cars running tooo fast this dangerous for all trying to cross

Ocean walk

Had issues with running toilets in mb and hallway Maintenance response very good but didn’t fix issues. Comfortable furniture and ac worked great!

Very enjoyable

The condo was very nice. It accommodated our family of 7 very well. Had a few minor issues with the dishwasher and the smoke alarms woke us one morning. These items were addressed by the property management company promptly. The jack and Jill bathroom water flow was very poor. Overall the condo was a good choice for us. Clean, access to the beach was good. Pool was cold but nice.

Definitely not what I expected

The stay was mediocre but nothing to return to. The condo wasn’t very clean. Mirrors were dirty with stuff smeared all over them. Shower curtain had mold and funk and hair all over it and growing on it. Totally gross. Hair and dirt all over the floor of condo. Coffee pot looked like hadn’t been cleaned in. I this black mold growing all in it couldn’t even brew cup of coffee first morning. One of guest bedrooms the springs on mattress were coming through totally terrible to even try to sleep on. The sliding door is like pulling concrete back needs some definite work. Housekeeping came and out uo new shower curtain and brought new coffee pot but just left it on counter for us to unbox and set up and didn’t take old nasty one away. The beach in itself was nice but it’s definitely retirement beach or something everything closes at 8 or 9 so good luck finding places to eat if you don’t eat at 5pm. Several restaurants turned us away with hour and half before closing. We finally quit trying and when went to eat out wen to Southport much better town and great friendly people. Also the owner of this condo doesn’t have a quick response time at all so if you need into ask something good luck in getting answer in timely manner by time you’re needing to know.

Great trip

I thought the condo was very nice and clean. We had difficulty learning how to use tv. The sliding door needs to be worked on very hard to open. Overall it was a really nice place to stay.
