Perfect spot

The property had all the amenities we needed for our family and was the perfect spot. Centralized for all the restaurants and shops we wanted to check out. Pool was awesome too.

Price to Value not worth it. Run down and desperately needing updating. Great location to the beach.

Daniel, I apologize the home was not up to your expectations. We do not require our owners to modernize their homes, as long as everything is clean and in good condition. The bathrooms and kitchens are newly renovated. We do allow owners to furnish and decorate their homes to their taste. We do our best to accurately portray the homes through the photos and the descriptions. Disgusting

Walked into one of the most disgusting rentals ever Sand and dirt all over the floors Some dried up spilt sticky cola or beer on tile The previous renters must have had a small child who slobbered all over the deck sliding glass door and front glass door and also on the TV Back screen door was off when we got there This unit is our dated and dirty and the listing said something totally different Please correct the description so if anyone else chooses to rent, they’ll walk-in to what their getting Never again!

We apologize for the experience that you had with our company. We did send housekeeping back out to correct the issues. When housekeeping arrived, they were turned away and not allowed to correct any of the issues for you. The issue with the primary shower's water temperature was not reported. If it had been, we would have been eager to rectify that issue that quickly for you. We would love to still speak to you about these issues and see if there is anything we can do to make it right. Weekend vacation

Overall, this property was great for my wife and I to get away for a long weekend. The kitchen and master bath have been updated and were very nice. The place was mostly clean however there were a few areas like air filters and glass windows that could be addressed. We ate breakfast on the balcony every morning with a beautiful view of the ocean. If I could give a critique, I would say that the couch is really uncomfortable (it’s pretty outdated) and the bed was a bit hard too. Wish those things could be updated but we still enjoyed our stay. We did after hours checkin and was a bit confused in how to find our unit since the key number was different from our unit number. The after hours call helped tremendously and was very polite. Our internet went out and the property management responded fairly quickly in fixing it. Loved the area and really enjoyed a not so crowded beach and pool in September.

Older building needs some work. Condo unit is excellent. We'll be back.
