Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming, fully renovated 200 m² gîte with mountain views for rent in Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It has a large, bright dining room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 400 m² as well as a Nordic bath (6 seats). Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- Dining room with kitchen of 35m².
The kitchen is open and equipped with a dining area including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo coffee machine (pods and filter), two raclette machines and two fondue machines...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Shower room
- Separate WC
- A utility room

First floor:
- 15 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and double sofa bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) with wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Bedroom 4: one bunk bed (sleeps two 90×200)
- Bedroom 5: two single beds (90×200) that can be joined together
- Shower room (with shower and double washbasin)
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby kit, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A private, unenclosed garden of 400 m².
- A wood-fired Nordic bath (6 people) (additional charge)

The house is ideally located in Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines, in very pleasant surroundings. You can benefit from all essential shops nearby.

- Nearest airports: Strasbourg airport is about 51 minutes (71.5 km) away by car and Mulhouse airport is 1 hour 10 minutes (80 km) away by car.

- The heating kit for the Nordic bath will be charged at an additional €10/kit (2 kits and 2 hours of heating for first use; on subsequent days, 1 kit and 1 hour

- Baby kits provided on request (cots, high chairs, bath, cutlery, WC reducer)
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
- In order to encourage travellers to use electricity responsibly, it is charged at an additional rate of €0,25/kWh. The meter will be read on arrival and departure. Consumption must be paid separately at the concierge desk.
