The apartment includes:
A kitchen equipped with a cooktop, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine (for simple meals).
A living room with sofa and television.
A sleeping area with a 140 cm double bed and a storage closet.
The bedroom is separated from the shower room by a curtain (no door).
A shower room with shower, toilet, and washing machine.
Air conditioning, highly appreciated during hot weather.
Bed linen and one large towel per person are included.
No linen change is provided during the stay, regardless of length.
An additional linen set is available for €15.
VERY IMPORTANT – INTERNET CONNECTION
The network and internet connection are weak.
NO WIFI, and mobile network coverage is also limited depending on the operator.

Check-in from 4:00 PM.
Check-out by 11:00 AM at the latest.
Even without in-person reception, we remain available for guests.
Assistance from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM via the platform’s messaging system (phone calls only in case of emergency).
