Experience the magic of the Gulf from this stunning 5-star penthouse. With breathtaking views of emerald green waters and pristine white beaches, this beautifully decorated Gulf Front Condo offers the ultimate coastal escape. This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo sleeps up to 6 guests and is newly renovated with modern flooring, cabinets, furnishings, and appliances. Both the Master Bedroom and Living Room open onto a private balcony with spectacular Gulf views.

The spacious living room is furnished with an entertainment center, a super large smart TV, Blu-ray player, comfortable sleeper sofa, and recliner. The dining area offers seating for four, along with additional seating at the breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, cookware, and utensils, and boasts spacious cabinets and a pantry.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, Blu-ray player, balcony access, a large closet, a small desk/chair, and additional seating. The master bath includes a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, Blu-ray player, tropical ceiling fan, and a closet. The hall bath is spacious and features a vanity sink and a tub/shower combination.

You'll be steps from the beach, with a heated pool available during the fall months, an outdoor Jacuzzi, a gas grilling area, and a pavilion. The fully equipped workout room is conveniently located. Island Princess also features three newly installed elevators—one each at the East and West ends of the building, and one centrally located. Parking is directly in front of the building and close to the elevators, with additional parking available on the second level.

Beautiful view with easy parking. Master bedroom had poor AC ventilation and was very hot. Had to run a secondary free standing fan and still never got to a comfortable template

The unit was extremely nice and we were impressed with the small details that made the stay easier. Things like batteries and bandaids just in case. Things that made it more like home away from home. We definitely would stay here again. We saw dolphins every day and also experienced turtles hatching our last night. Just a great time.

Great location

We had the best week long Vaca in this condo. Our family of 5 enjoyed the direct beach access and pool as well as being so close to shops, food and entertainment. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of space to regroup after a day on the beach or out! While the condo was well appointed and comfortable with everything we needed, it could use a little attention and small repairs from the beach weather normal wear and tear. Overall a great, clean place to stay!

Long Weekend

This was our first time to Okaloosa Island and we were beyond pleased! Everything in the condo was perfect. Just as advertised....updated, clean, and the view was amazing!!!!!! Easy check in and easy check out. The host was great to respond quickly with an answer to a question I had. We will definitely book this condo again. Our friends also plan to return. Looking forward to our next trip!

Loved this place!

Omg the family and I did not want to leave! We were here for a week and it was definitely home away from home. Being able to take an elevator down from our room directly to the beach was so AWESOME! Some days were a little chilly for the beach, so the heated pool and hot tub were clutch! Our girls had an absolute blast! Our host did an amazing job communicating throughout our stay and the Alexa was a nice touch suggesting things and places to go! Can't wait to come back!!

Wonderful stay

Fantastic Views!

The location is fantastic, waterfront and easy access to the beach! The view from the balcony was amazing. The unit was very clean and spacious. The unit came with a cooler, beach chair, and a couple beach towels which were very much appreciated. Soft beds! The property owner contacted me ahead of time to let me know there was construction on this floor during my stay. I was there over the weekend so I didn't have to experience the noise other than on Monday morning, however, they did leave their equipment out blocking the walkway so it was hard to navigate the common areas and path to the apartment with luggage and groceries. There was also a lot of dust and debris present. Also, when I first arrived the hot water had been turned off, but they fixed the issue right away. The unit had a coffee pot and Keurig but no K-cups, coffee, or filters. That would have been a nice touch to have at least something cheap/basic in the unit. Also, there were absolutely no spices or cooking spray in the cabinets. I was traveling from another state and that is not something that you can bring on a plane! I had to buy those extras and then throw them away. :( Having the basics would be nice. Also, there was only one roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of TP which was fine for me since I was the only one there but this place can sleep 4-6 people so that could be an issue. Lastly, the flashlights that were included did not have batteries, that could be a safety issue if the power went out.

Great stay but needs some modifications

Also access to the beach was so easy. The things we didn't like were that some of the basic amenities were missing and we had to go to the store to buy them. The price of the condo, we feel like it should have been included. There was no sponges to clean dishes, no salt or pepper to just basic season, only roll of paper towels and toilet paper that were very cheap, and just enough trash can bags for the days we were staying. It was also sandy when we arrived, so we had to vacuum. We would stay again but we would pack this stuff from our home before we left.
