The villa has wonderful sea views and views of Canyelles Bay.
The house is located in the hills of Lloret de Mar, between the lively Lloret and the tranquil Tossa de Mar in a dead end street.

The 1200 sqm property is completely fenced.
The heated pool with sea views invites you to relax and unwind with its sun loungers.
Casa Pollino is a holiday home with two separate living levels. The house is suitable, among other things, for 2 families who are friends and want to have their own private living area, but also want to spend time together, for example by the pool or on one of the many terraces.
In the upper apartment there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
In the lower apartment there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
In the pool area there is also an outside toilet and a shower with cold and warm water as well as a covered terrace with a lounge group.

A table can be set up both in the covered patio and on the sunny pool terrace where you can sit with up to 20 people.

Our house has wonderful sea views and views of Canyelles Bay.
The 1200 sqm property is completely fenced.
The house has 2 BBQs. If you want to relax in the evening, you can end the day here with the wonderful view of the sea and the lights of Cayelles with a nice glass of wine.
In just a few minutes by car you can reach the lively Lloret de Mar, which has everything to offer for young and old, or you can drive to the tranquil Tossa de Mar with its ancient castle.
The nearest bathing bay is 2.5 km away and has two restaurants with a sun terrace and a small marina.
For hikers, there are fantastic hiking trails along the Costa Brava with views of the bizarre cliffs of the coast and spectacular views of the Mediterranean.

There were 12 adults, one baby and one 4 year old. A lovely family holiday. The villa was excellent in every way with a lovely pool and jacuzzi. It was absolutely fabulous.

entspannter Aufenthalt mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer

Parken war reibungslos möglich, da Sackgasse. Nach einem unkomplizierten und sehr freundlichen Kontakt mit der Verwalterin und der Hausbesitzerin konnten wir das Haus frühzeitig beziehen. Die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Viel Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe und Hilfsmittel. Der Pool mit der Aussicht ist super. Überall stehen große Tische für die ganze Familie. In den beiden großen Kühlschränken findet alles Platz, was die Großfamilie braucht. Der Eiswürfelbereiter ist perfekt bei heißen Temperaturen. Für Kleinkinder gibt es viel Spielzeug. Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor. Hatten sehr schöne 14 Tage.

Fantastic family retreat!

Casa Pollino is everything you could want from a villa and more. From the breath-taking views, to having everything you could possibly need for a family (from babies to adults), this place has everything. There were 11 adults and 4 children in our group. We loved that we could split the villa so the couples had their own bedrooms and space upstairs while those with kids had an enitre downstairs all to themselves. With young children, it was great that the pool was fenced off and secure. This gave so much peace of mind when we were not using the pool (which wasn't very often as the kids loved the pool and jacuzzi and spend most of the holiday in them). There are two kitchens in the villa and both are brilliantly equipped. There is also plenty of toys for kids and entertainment for the adults as well such as table-tennis and board games. Evelyn (owner) and Cristina (property manager) were both fantastic. Well before the holiday, their communication was great. Cristina even went above and beyond to help us organise a BBQ caterer to come in and cook for us (we would highly recommend Catering In House / CIH Lloret). She also arranged an amazing cake to celebrate our joint birthdays. We stayed at the end of May and the pool heating was worth paying for. There were also mosquitos so go prepared with sprays (this was also recommended in the villa guide). As a keen cyclist, this is a fantastic area to ride but the hill back to the villa is horrendously steep.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Die Kommunikation war im Vorfeld sehr angenehm und auch die Verwalterin vor Ort (Kristina) ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus lässt aus meiner Sicht keine Wünsche offen, bietet alles, was man braucht -- und darüber hinaus. Außerdem hat es eine toll Lage, die Sicht ist überragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Casa Pollino sehr weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Villa

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit unseren Freunden und Kindern. Es hat nichts gefehlt, das Haus war sauber, Küche voll ausgestattet, der Highlight war die Eiswürfel Maschine bei den warmen Temperaturen im August hatte man somit immer kühle Getränke. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubende, das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz sodass auch jeder seine Privatsphäre hat. Die Kombination mit der Besitzerin war Top und die Managerin Kristina war auch sehr nett. Fantastic stay

My family which consisted of 12 adults 2 children and 2 babies stayed at the villa for one week. The villa was absolutely amazing, the pool area was perfect for everyone and the outside eating areas and views were spectacular. It was hard to get the kids out of the pool in the evenings. The manager Christina was so attentive she couldn’t do enough for us and there were toys left out for the kids so they were entertained the whole time. Any queries were answered immediately and when we didn’t know how to do something she came over to show us. It was also my mothers 70th and Christina left over the most beautiful cake for us to celebrate. She really was perfect. The villa is up a massive hill but the taxi service is excellent so there were never any issues about getting back. I would highly recommend this place for large families and especially kids. Due to where you are there are mosquitos so just be prepared.

Un regroupement familial extraordinaire !

Nous avons séjourné à 11, âgés de 11 à 79 dans cette superbe villa durant 15 jours. La villa Pollino à enchanté toute la famille. Elle est très grande, vraiment très bien équipée (jamais eu autant de bon matériel de cuisine, et pour nous c'était important), la piscine est grande et le jacuzzi aussi, les chaises longues et paras . Les chambres sont climatisées et le salon aussi si besoin. Il y a une jolie vue sur la mer et le jardin est superbe. Chacun pouvait avoir son espace et le salon donnant sur la piscine était très agréable. Cristina, l'hôtesse d'accueil est très sympathique et rapidement à l'écoute. Il y a une table de ping pong qui a réjoui les plus jeunes et les moins jeunes. Les chaises longues

Amazing view

We had a wonderful time in the the villa. The views were incredible and the pool and outside seating areas were amazing. Lots of good quality sun beds with excellent sun shades. Lloret de Mar was very close (and very busy) and Tossa De Mar was a 15 minute drive around the mountain, with lovely restaurants, shops, beaches and much quieter. We recommend a walk up to the castle in the evening for sunset. We was a family of 9 and there was plenty of space for us all to feel comfortable and not crowded. There was a local shop in the urbanisation which was great for bread and croissants in the morning. Its a 5 minute drive or 30 min walk uphill! Otherwise bigger supermarkets in Lloret (which are very busy) or you can go a little further to Tossa De Mar which are less busy. All rooms bar one had ceiling fans which worked very well. There was also the option of aircon in all rooms but you have to pay extra for this which comes out of the final deposit. Its worth noting that there are some extra charges for the villa which have to be paid for in cash on arrival which we found peculiar. We were surprised that we had to pay for all bed linen, towels and cleaning separately. There was also an extra 800 euros deposit which was also paid in cash but refunded via bank transfer. We wasn't happy carrying so much cash around with us and found that unusual practise. Overall though the stay was excellent and would recommend the villa.

Besser geht nicht!

Grosses Haus mit viel Platz (wir waren 26 Personen davon 6 Kinder). Nahe am Meer. Wunderschönen Aussicht und viel Platz um den Pool. Alles sehr sauber. Super für grosse Familie und auch der Hund durfte dabei sein.

Beautiful setting - Spectacular views to the sea!

This is a lovely spacious villa with an amazing array of kitchen equipment, plenty of seating areas both indoors and outdoors and a great assortment of children's toys. The outside grounds and pool areas are fantastic! We had a really lovely week with all our family. The owner was very helpful with any queries we had and Cristina, the property manager, was very welcoming and went out of her way to make our stay a very happy one!

Wunderschöne Villa. Super Lage.

Unsere 14-köpfige Gruppe hat den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Der Poolbereich ist toll, die Lage traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war schnell und unkompliziert. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war da für einen perfekten Urlaub. Great stay in a beautiful villa

During the last week of July 2019 a family group of 12 adults and 4 children stayed at the Casa Pollino. The villa is situated between Lloret De Mar and Tossa De Mar but is in a quiet residential area in the picturesque hills of the area. The villa is large and very well appointed with two kitchens, two great outdoor eating areas, a new pool area with jacuzzi and then two large living areas. The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens and whilst there is another villa on one side its easy for it to feel quiet and secluded. We had a lovely time during our stay and the building manager made our trip easy with lots of toys for the kids as well as games like table tennis, pool inflatables, and table football. A couple of things to note; there was quite a few mosquitos around so its worth preparing for this. There are big local supermarkets ten minutes drive away which is very useful. The local beach is lovely and well worth a visit, as is Tossa De Mar. The bedrooms have fans with only the upstairs living area having air conditioning so it can be quite hot at night. There is satellite TV and board games at the house but they are in German so worth taking a few DVDs or something similar. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend it for a family break.

Lovely family villa

The villa is set as two units which can be used separately or together. It is pleasant, comfortable and well equipped. If you have young children there are plenty of toys. The view from the pool area is fabulous and it is very private and peaceful. The pool and jacuzzi is new and immaculate. Eveline, the owner, is very easy to deal with and responds very quickly. The beds and bedding are clean and comfortable. The negatives for us were: no specific pool towels, no headboards on the beds. There is only one bedroom with both patio doors and an en-suite. Towels and pillows are smaller and thinner than UK standards. Essentials are a car and bug repellent. Overall, it is a very comfortable and pleasant family style villa and we had a great holiday.
