As the property is also for sale, the owner, through their appointed agency, reserves the right to cancel the booking in the event of a confirmed sale, up to 3 months before the arrival date.
After this period, the reservation is firm and final for the guest.
If the booking is canceled within this timeframe due to the sale, the guest will be fully refunded for all amounts paid.
