This brand new slope-side community offers a unique living space that provides guests with a gateway to world-class skiing, biking, and hiking, as well as proximity to Park City's iconic Main Street and its vast array of shopping and dining experiences, just a 10-minute walk away!

HIGHLIGHTS:

BRAND NEW (January 2022). Exclusive Ski-in/ski-out access for Park City Mountain Resort.

Kings Crown has a very unique "ski tower" that includes our private ski equipment locker where you can store your ski gear (room for 4 sets of gear). It's a short 90 *second* walk from our condo to the ski tower. You take the elevator up the ski tower to get your ski gear. You take the elevator one floor higher to the owner lounge with coffee and snacks in the morning and an Après-ski at the end of each ski day (starting at Christmas and going until the end of the ski season). Then back in the elevator and up one more level, and the elevator doors open right out onto our own private ski trail - Crown's Way. Pop on your skis or board, and off you go. From there, it's 3-5 mins to get down to the PCMR resort center and the main lifts and lift ticket office. Those lifts include Payday Express, Crescent, First Time, 3 Kings, and Eagle.

* >> Please note<< Due to unpredictable weather conditions, ski-in/ski-out access cannot always be guaranteed during the early or late parts of the season. Often, it is not until mid-January that Park City Mountain Resort has our ski access trail open. However, there are still convenient and easy ways to access the slopes during these times. To account for this, our start and end-of-season rates are lower and reflect the potential unpredictability of direct ski-in/ski-out access. Also, please be aware that Après-ski amenities may not be available during the season's first or last two weeks.

This BRAND NEW (2023 ski season) luxury condominium offers SKI-IN/SKI-OUT access (via the private Kings Crown ski tower - a 90 *second* walk from our condo) to the world-renowned Park City Mountain Resort. Ski/riding access is via the Crown's Way private ski run (adjacent to King's Crown trail), rated an intermediate (solid blue) trail.

Kings Crown is considered one of the most luxurious and best-appointed private luxury condominium on-mountain residences in Park City and our condo is considered one of the building's most nicely appointed and tech-rich condos. Our condo is 1,725 square feet and includes 2 bedrooms, both with 2 ensuite fall baths.

The appointments in the bedroom suites:

Master bedroom -- King-size bed with a pillow-top mattress. Ensuite full bathroom with oversized glass-enclosed shower, soaking tub, T3 ionic blow dryer, and heated floor. 65" Samsung flat-screen smart TV with Hulu Live TV. Amazon Echo Show, huge walk-in closet, gas fireplace, and more.

Second Bedroom -- Two queen-size beds with pillow-top mattresses. Ensuite full bathroom and T3 ionic blow dryer. 65" Samsung flat-screen smart TV with Hulu Live TV. Amazon Echo Show, and more.

Also, there is a pull-out sofa (queen size with a very comfortable memory-foam mattress) in the living room that sleeps 2.

SUSTAINABILTY INITIATIVES
We care deeply about the environment. We want to do our part to lessen our environmental impact and make it easy for our guests to do so as well. Our current Sustainability Initiatives include:

Electricity from renewable sources
* Our electric power is from wind and solar through the Rocky Mountain Power Blue Sky energy program.

Reduced plastic usage
* All shampoo, conditioner, etc. is great luxury product dispensed from larger, refillable bottles. No more tiny plastic amenity bottles.
* To decrease plastic water bottle waste, cold filtered water is built into all refrigerators or a filtered water pitcher is provided.

Shared transportation
* All locations have easy and close access to the free Park City bus.

Trash & Recycling
* All trash and recycling containers in the kitchen are clearly labeled with what can be recycled.

EV Charger
* Our garage includes a Level II charger. J1772.

Perfect Ski Getaway

We were so happy with this condo. It was conveniently located from Main Street (either a 15 min walk or a quick uber ride). The condo was well appointed with everything you would need. They thought of everything. The guide book they sent was super helpful with instructions and recommendations. Pictures are exactly what the condo looked like. The only thing to note is the actual community is not well marked. For example, finding the address was easy but building c proved a little more difficult. Our ski rental drop off had the most difficult time locating us. I would suggest having them meet you at the garage for drop off or be prepared to guide them in. I think it would be helpful for the community to put building letters on the outside in some way.

Family/Friend Winter Ski Trip

The experience was excellent. The accommodations and building are beautifully appointed, contain high end appliances, and very comfortable. The location is great - adjacent to the main Park City Mountain Resort to walk or ski in/ski out. And, it's a nice walk (or 3 minute drive) to town if interested. The amenities are terrific and allow for an easy and fun winter ski holiday. Everything one could need is inside the condo.The best part of the experience was the thorough and thoughtful communications with Parker Chase/Steve about every single detail of the property. I have stayed at several rentals in the past, but the information provided to guests is above and beyond. The one time I had a question, Steve responded immediately, took care of everything, and demonstrated impeccable customer service. Steve/Parker Chase take "Super Hosts" to the next level. We would definitely go back next time we are visiting Park City. Thanks to the superb customer service and amazing accommodations, our family had a great holiday.

The property was everything we hoped for and more. Amazing host, extremely clean organized condo with a perfect steam shower. Easy access to ski tower for ski in/out. Steve is always available and immediately responsive. This will be the only place I would stay for future visits.

Amazing Condo, Great location and amenities

The condo at Kings Crown was amazing. Steve has literally thought of everything from the coffee to the games laundry detergent fully stocked kitchen with spices and anything and everything for little ones. We had our 6 and 9 year old with us but there was pack plays in the closet high chair and plastics kids cups bowls etc. I was shocked. He did everything. We loved the location so easy to ski in and out for lunch and end of day. His set up and explanation of everything from keyless entry to directions around the condo area, everything was amazing and well thought out. We have stayed at a couple other Vrbo’s in park city and nothing compared. The humidifiers were a game changer with the dry air. We will definitely be back!

Excellent in every way

This is my third, and my husband's sixth, ski trip to Park City for spring break. We have stayed in various locations but none compare to this condo. This is a brand-new, state-of-the-art condo, less than a block away from the base of the mountain. It also has an easily accessible ski tower- with lockers, lounge, and more- that provides direct mountain access. This condo was spotless with abundant supplies for our week stay. It has every luxury you need from two gas-fired fireplaces to beautiful, modern, appliances. The main bedroom has a huge walk-in-closet and an exquisite spa bathroom complete with steam shower and soaking tub. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and has beautiful views via the floor-to-ceiling windows. You can tell that this condo was built and designed with care and attention to detail. The most important part for us, however, was the kindness and responsiveness of the host Steve. We could not have felt more welcome or cared for. This a five star experience in every way. Thank you for making our vacation so special.

Park City Perfect - Designer Condo for a Great Ski Vacation

My family stayed at this property over a long holiday weekend. The owner provided a very detailed and informative digital property guide which made the stay one of our easiest VRBO rentals ever. Check-in was a breeze, and contactless, despite arriving late in the evening. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire rental process. The apartment itself is a dream. Everything is new, automated and well appointed. The kitchen is stocked with high end appliances and brand name kitchenware (All Clad, OXO, etc) and has literally everything you would need to make a gourmet meal. I so appreciated that the owner supplies you with coffee pods, although there is also a regular coffee maker as well. There was a great selection of games for the family and smart TVs in all the rooms. Finally, the best part is you can ski on your last day and still be able to change/shower if you have a flight after check-out time. We did not use the pool/hot tub, but the owners lounges you can use to relax were great. The gym is large and has everything you need if you are a non-skier (like myself) and want to still get exercise. The location was ideal. While you could walk to Main Street, we decided to drive and park. If you rent a car, there is an indoor parking garage with a designated spot (I was able to park a Yukon, although I wished I had a smaller vehicle as the space was a little tight). It was hard to leave this amazing luxurious retreat. We visit Deer Valley/Park City every year and we would definitely choose this property again.

Fantastic Place

My family and I just returned from four nights in Park City and we absolutely loved the Kings Crown condo. The location is great, just a short walk down Lowell to the main lifts of Park City Mountain, or out back towards the Kings Crown Ski Elevator. Either way, getting to and from the mountain was a breeze, and we were able to enjoy full days on the slopes with minimal hassle. The condo itself was beautiful and in immaculate condition. All of the appliances are in great shape, the hot tub is easily accessible and the kitchen is very user friendly. And yes, while the building is new and still partially under construction, that did not bother or limit us one bit. Steve and his family are excellent hosts, and the property matched their top notch service. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Luxurious Accomodations

Our family visited Park City with some friends who are building a condo in the Kings Crown complex. The unit is as-advertised and I loved the steam shower in the master bedroom.. The construction noise did not bother us. The ski tower is an amazing convenience. Steve & the maintenance crew were easy to contact and quickly resolved a few needs. Note that there is no wiggle room on the nonrefundable clause. Unfortunately, we were traveling during the Southwest Airlines meltdown/flight cancelations and due to the nonrefundable accommodations, ended up doing a 12 hour stressful drive in snow storm conditions. Property was great, but with the added travel challenge our family is still not sure if the trip was worth it.

Beautiful, cozy and convenient condo!

This was our first trip to Park City and it did not disappoint. Upon arriving at the condo, we were so impressed with the location and close proximity to the slopes, as well as the overall look and feel of the condo. It was so clean and cozy and made us feel right at home. The view from the front patios was amazing! The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked with whatever we needed, and we appreciated the big TV's in the bedrooms and living room. Main street was only a 3 minute drive with all the wonderful shops and restaurants. Highly recommend Riverhorse on Main for dinner! Steve, the owner, was very prompt in responding to questions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and for allowing us to make some great memories as a family!

Quick Trip

Two sons and I made a quick trip to Park City to ski, two days. Overall this condo is terrific, comfortable, clean stylish, well equipped, extra's like fitness room, hot tub and pool are all excellent. Ski in/out location and access to Main street require some walking (It is Park City so expect some hills). This was not an issue for us as we were in PC to be outside. If we were staying longer we would have made more use of the excellent kitchen. Note there is construction in the area. Again this was no issue for us, it just meant everything was new or like new.

Outstanding Proximity to Slopes and Amenities

Despite still having ongoing construction next door, the place was amazing and the location couldn't have been any better. Once the construction is finished next door, the property will be one of the best ski-in/ski-out condos on the mountain! The unit is well aminitized and the steam room (in the unit) made for a great therapeutic after a long day of skiing. The gourmet kitchen had all the necessary accoutrement you needed for everything from a simple meal with your family to hosting guests with a full-course dinner. We enjoyed the fitness center as well as the Owner's lounge (stocked with goodies for apre ski), pool and hot tub. Overall, we were very pleased and would highly recommend.

A great place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is fantastic. It is luxurious and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. The amenities in the building (like the work-out room, the owners’ lounge, the ski-in/ski-out lounge, and even the dolly) were pleasant surprises and significant bonuses you don’t get in a single-family home. The location is great and the communications and kindness of the owner were exceptional. I would recommend this place without hesitation.
