Rooftop- You enter the beautiful rooftop space as you come up the stairs from the 3rd level. This space is large and features PLENTY of seating! Perfect space for hanging out and enjoying a drink with friends/family! There are plenty of games such as bowling, corn hole, can toss, dice, and more for your use!

1st Floor/ Entrance- This floor features our HUGE GAME ROOM, with sleeper sofas for 4 total! There are plenty of games for you and your party to enjoy, including board/card games, pool table, dart board, and more! This is perfect for any group looking to catch the big game, host a bachelor/bachelorette night, or looking to make new memories in Music City! Our house selfie mural will make sure you don’t need to stand in line downtown to let your friends know where you are!! ( we even included the props; so please tag us and photo opp away!!) Between the games and fun you may just stay in for the night... be sure to ask for local recommendations of food delivery!

The main (2nd) floor- As you walk straight up the stairs when you enter the home, you are welcomed into the beautiful open kitchen/dining area! This kitchen features high end appliances and a DUO coffee maker for grounds and pods for everyone’s enjoyment. The kitchen and dining area is opened right into the vibrant living space. Perfect for great conversation, a game of twister; or just drinks and creating the best memories ever!
The couch is an L shape sectional that you can move around into a square shape, creating a king size bed! Off of the kitchen, there is also a guest bedroom with a Queen trundle bed. (Sleeping for 3). This guest bedroom has an attached half bathroom, which is also accessible to the living/kitchen area! There is even a chalkboard to insure you can customize your celebration, or insure your friends know how much you appreciate them!

3rd floor- When you continue up the stairs for the living room, you come to the 3rd floor which has the 2nd guest bedroom and master, as well as the laundry space! This floor can sleep 2 in each bedroom, as both bedrooms have luxury queen beds! Each bedroom has a full bathroom attached as well.

If you choose to bring a car we 1st come first serve parking behind the unit along with plenty of street parking.

We love recommending Uber/Lyft for our guests to use. There are also electric scooters around the area for you to use powered by a phone app. These are perfect for getting around the whole city!

Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guests amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
