The home now features brand-new sleeping configurations designed for comfort, flexibility, and group fun:

Bedroom 1 (Top Floor): King bed

Bedroom 2 (Top Floor): Queen bed

Bedroom 3 (Off the Kitchen): Queen bed + twin trundle (sleeps 3)

Slumber Room (Newly Converted from Game Room): Three built-in twin bunk beds — perfect for late-night chats and slumber-party vibes

Living Room: Modular sleeper sofa that can be rearranged for additional sleeping space

Three built-in twin bunks

Pool table

Iconic pink phone booth

A full-wall glam mirror with seating — perfect for getting ready for brunch or a night out

🍽️ 2nd Floor | Main Living Area

The open-concept second floor brings everyone together with a bright, welcoming kitchen, dining, and living space:

High-end appliances

DUO coffee maker for every kind of coffee lover

Large L-shaped sectional that easily converts into a king-size sleeper

This level also features a guest bedroom with a queen bed and twin trundle (sleeps 3) plus an attached half bath. A chalkboard wall adds a fun, personal touch for celebrations and notes.

🛏️ 3rd Floor | Private Retreat

The top floor offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms:

King bedroom with ensuite full bath

Queen bedroom with ensuite full bath

You’ll also find a laundry area on this level for added convenience during longer stays.

We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
