We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds—close to everything Las Vegas has to offer, yet spacious and relaxed. Being minutes from the Strip, UNLV, Allegiant Stadium, and the airport makes getting around incredibly easy. What we enjoy most is the size of the property; with four separate units spread across a half-acre, guests have room to breathe and enjoy their own space without feeling crowded or on top of one another. It’s a rare find in Las Vegas and creates a comfortable, laid-back atmosphere while staying centrally located.

This property is truly a diamond in the rough—a rare half-acre oasis in the heart of Las Vegas, tucked inside a quiet, custom neighborhood built in the 1960s for professors, entertainers, and yes… a few legendary mobsters along the way 😉. It’s a unique slice of old-Vegas character combined with modern comfort, all just minutes from the Strip, UNLV, the airport, and major attractions.

What makes this place especially unique is the variety of private accommodations all located on one expansive property, giving guests space, flexibility, and privacy without feeling crowded. We offer:
• A cozy tiny house for one or two guests
• A fun retro studio for two guests
• A spacious, serene studio for up to three guests
• A large 4-bedroom, 2-bath suite sleeping up to eight guests

Traveling with a group? You can reserve multiple units—or even the entire property for up to 16 guests. It’s the perfect setup for group trips, reunions, work stays, or multi-family travel, all in one central yet peaceful Las Vegas location.
