Nestled on a 1,000 m² plot, House Deauville is a spacious 160 m² villa designed to host up to 13 guests in a refined, warm, and welcoming setting — perfect for memorable holidays with family or friends on the Côte Fleurie.
Interior

On the ground floor:

A bright and cozy living room with a fireplace, comfortable sofa, retro projector for movie nights, arcade machine, large dining table, and various board games (Monopoly, Backgammon, cards…).

A fully equipped open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, and all essential utensils.

Three elegant bedrooms with double beds, TVs, and storage, including one with an en-suite shower and sink.

Two separate toilets for added convenience.

Upstairs:

A spacious master bedroom with a double bed, jacuzzi bathtub, baby bed, and a relaxing lounge area.

A large family room with one double bed, three single beds, and a TV.

A separate bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

Outdoor

The beautifully landscaped garden is ideal for both relaxation and entertainment, offering:

A heated swimming pool (open from May 1 to October 31)

A ping-pong table

A petanque court

A barbecue and pizza oven, with an outdoor dining area

An archery target (equipment provided)

Three bicycles available for guests

Saint-Arnoult is a charming village adjoining the famous seaside resort of Deauville, renowned for its beaches, Casino, racecourse and cultural events. You'll enjoy close proximity to the beaches, Deauville casino, gourmet restaurants and shops, while relaxing in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from the hustle and bustle of the tourist trade.

House Deauville is easily accessible:

By car:

- From Paris: approx. 2h00 via the A13
- Take the Deauville/Trouville exit, then 5-10 minutes to Saint-Arnoult.

By train:

- Take the train from Paris Saint-Lazare to Deauville-Trouville station (approx. 2h15).
- Then 5 minutes by car or cab to the house.

On site:

- Car rental available
- Taxis available
- Car rental, local cabs and cycling available to discover the charms of the region.

The pool is heated from May to October. Outside this period, it is closed.

- The house is non-smoking and has smoke detectors.
- Parties are not permitted.
