Nice Space
This is a nice and newly remodeled space. We were there for four days and liked both the actual apartment and the Black Rock neighborhood.
Some caveats:
1. The bath is slippery and needs either a shower mat or adhesive stickers.
2. The damage deposit (set by the owner) was astronomical—3 times the stay. This money was taken when I reserved 5 weeks before the trip and won’t be returned until two weeks after.
3. I specifically was looking for a place with a washer and dryer. It has a washer and dryer, but you are only allowed to use it if you stay there two weeks or more. We only found this out when we got there.
4. The instructions are bare bones. There were no instructions for using the fire pit, so we didn’t bother.
