Short drive to newly renovated downtown North Tonawanda with many bars, restaurants, the Erie Canal Gateway Park, and the Historic Riviera Theater. Twenty minutes to downtown Buffalo, twenty minutes to Niagara Falls. Walking distance to Mayor's Park and a walking path along the Erie Canal. Quiet, safe neighborhood.

Nice one bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Private spot for parking. The apartment is very neat, clean, and well-appointed. The bed is very comfortable. The host is very communicative. Close to places we wanted to visit. We enjoyed our stay and will likely try to stay again in the future. :)

I’ve stayed at this place several times. It’s always clean, well stocked and well maintained! It’s apparent the owner, Ryan, takes pride in his place. Will stay here again in the future!

I really enjoyed staying at Ryan's place for my kid's graduation. It was reasonably priced, immaculately clean and very nicely stocked. I have stayed in a lot of airb...'s and vrbo's In the Buffalo area over the last 4 years and this is by far the nicest. Nothing fancy but everything you need and more. Super comfortable, safe area. I honestly wish I found it 4 years ago.

This was a nice,quiet upstairs apartment that had a homey feel with a private stairwell in a beautiful neighborhood. I was able to go jogging through the neighborhood including a long, paved recreational trail along the Erie Canal. It was maybe a little over 20 minutes to Niagara Falls where we went on the Maid of the Mist and then just a little further to Devil's Hole where we hiked the gorge along the lower river up to the Whirlpool and then back to the top to walk the much less challenging rim trail back. We also went 20 minutes the other way to Reinstein Woods in Lancaster. There was lots of great food.Sundaes at Anderson's custard, sponge candy from Platters and pizza from Franco's. We wanted to go to the art gallery in Buffalo but it was closed so we ended up at the Zoo in Deleware Park. My girlfriend and I had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Everything was great! Walmart was only 2 miles away which was killer! Had convenient coffee station and bathroom clean and elegantly organized.

This was a wonderful rental! It was extremely clean, comfortable, safe, quiet and well stocked. The Lockley app for the door was great to have when your hands were full. The owners truly thought of everything. They also went above and beyond helpful when my flight got cancelled and I needed to stay another night! I will definitely check to see if this rental is available on my next trip home to visit family.

The unit is a spacious, clean, one bedroom walk up conveniently located near Buffalo University, in a nice, residential area, with a dedicated, off street parking spot. Ryan (the host) communicates well, is very responsive, and friendly. I had difficulties with the keyless entry but Ryan was able to talk me through it. Should I have need again to be in the Buffalo area, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit.

Excellent place. Clean, great location. Private and easy access to unit. Off street parking and it accomodates a second vehicle ig needed. Host is A1. Lovely bathroom andcthr king size bed is a winner. I would definitely book again.

Great place!

This was our second stay. It's a very clean and very comfortable place to stay. Also very well equipped. Nice quiet neighborhood close to so many different attractions in the area. This is my first choice when staying in the Buffalo area.
