Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be purchased upon arrival for $55 each (price subject to change, limit 2).

Beds were clean

Over all the condo is extremely outdated and ran down. The couch was so broken down that you could not set on it comfortably. The floors in the condo were not clean and the rug in the main room was pretty dirty. The beds were clean with clean linens but the double beds have seen better days. The outside furniture was chipping and the paint chips would come off on your clothing if you sat in the chairs. The pool area was very nice and spacious. We never felt crowded at the pool. The view was amazing and we did see dolphins almost every day of our stay from our room. The staff at the building was not very friendly. The lady that we purchased our parking passes from at the front desk was rude. This is not a place that I would book again simply due to the state of the condo.

Beachfront condo for large family

This condo fit our large family (2 adults, 7 kids), which is hard to come by at any price point so that was a huge plus. It was mostly clean and had all the basics. The view was beautiful of the gulf, and the location was convenient (for the area, the traffic is terrible everywhere). Not sure if this is a pro or con for you, but it is a non smoking building even on the balconies. I totally get not smoking inside but just a reminder that smokers pay the same rate as everyone else and having to stand in the rain in a secluded corner of your very expensive vacation location was kind of dehumanizing. I’ll choose one that allows smoking on outdoor balconies like I have in the past next time. But maybe that’s a pro for you. A couple of maintenance issues that we didn’t report because they didn’t impact us - we ran the dishwasher 3 times and the dishes never did get clean and two of the ceiling fans wobbled so bad they couldn’t be used. I’m sure they would have addressed it if we had called.

This was a great place to stay with my family. The communication with the property owners was excellent. Check in and check out was very convenient.

Fun for everyone

We had a great stay in Orange Beach. The location is great and there’s something to do for all ages. We enjoyed playing at the beach, playing pickle ball, and racketball. The condo wasn’t as clean as we would wish. We even found a cotton swab that was left in a window when we arrived. Overall, it wasn’t too bad though. The only issues we encountered were fixed in a timely manner. The entry code we were originally given didn’t work, but that was fixed with a quick phone call. We also had troubles with the sliding door in the living room, but maintenance was sent to fix it in a timely manner. Overall, we had a great trip and would love to return.

Won’t book again

The condo was not like the pictures listed. The bed sheets were covered in stains and hair of all kinds. Floors were dirty, and the condo itself was incredibly beat up along with the furniture. My kids were asking to sleep in the car. You could tell the sheets had not been changed. View was nice but that was it.

Will be back!

Everything was wonderful! Great location, friendly & helpful staff and all the amenities we needed. Only issue is parking and the elevators. There were times it would take 15-20 minutes to get an elevator which isn’t ideal with a baby. We will be back with fewer people so everyone can park on site.

What you'd expect

We waited too long to book and didn't have a ton of options for our 4th of July beach trip. The condo was on the beach and had a nice pool, which is what we were looking for. The condo itself was dated and not very clean. The ceilings are very low, the kitchen appliances did not work well. The kitchen was fairly well stocked though.
