Less than 3 km from Gap we have recently fitted out for your business trips, your leisure or your holidays this elegant studio with balcony located on the 2nd floor of our house.

This accommodation has all the necessary comfort (fully equipped kitchen, 140/200 bed, BZ sofa convertible into a 140/200 bed, television, integrated kitchen...) independent access and private closed parking. It is served by the free public transportation network.

Ideal for couples, professionals, family with 2 children looking for calm.

Its location allows you to directly access the hiking or mountain biking trails (Balcons du Gapençais, Chemin de Compostelle giving ).

The view from the studio on the peaks of the Ecrins massif will certainly make you want to discover the climbing sites, our lakes, our resorts and the environmental richness of the region.

Excellent location with very nice views of the mountains. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The owner and his son were exceptional hosts and even provided us transportation to the Tour de France village.

The studio apartment is very clean and has lots of natural light from multiple windows, all of which have electric power shades. There is a great view from the balcony out to the mountains. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. The beds are very comfortable and and the kitchen has everything needed for a short stay.
