Welcome to The Nest, a detached, modern and welcoming chalet, ideal for a stay for two in the Hautes-Alpes. Located in the peaceful hilltop village of Jarjayes, just 10 minutes from Gap, it offers a quiet, bright and comfortable setting for a romantic getaway or a stay with a friend.

The chalet has a pleasant open-plan living area, filled with natural light, with a comfortable sofa, television and direct access to a large wooden terrace. From both inside and outside, you can enjoy lovely open views over the surrounding hills and mountain peaks. In winter, the underfloor heating provides welcome comfort after a day outdoors.

The spacious bedroom has a large 180 cm bed, which can also be prepared as two single beds depending on your needs. The modern, well-designed bathroom includes a large walk-in shower and a washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay, with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and everything you need for an independent holiday.

Outside, the chalet has its own private garden and a large terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun, reading in peace or sharing a drink at the end of the day while looking out towards the mountains.

From the chalet, you can directly access trails for walking, trail running, road cycling or mountain biking. Jarjayes lies on the edge of an iconic Tour de France mountain pass, making it a great base for keen cyclists. The region is also ideal for discovering the landscapes of the Southern French Alps, with hilltop villages, lakes, mountains and outdoor activities.

By car, you are around 10 minutes from Gap, 20 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon and Tallard, 40 minutes from the Ancelle ski resort and 55 minutes from Orcières.
