Layout: spacious air-conditioned main room with living area (table and chairs, sofa, TV) and kitchen (hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, combined oven/microwave...). 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80*200 and 90*200). A bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet. Utility room with washing machine. Double terrace with garden furniture. Electric barbecue. Sun loungers.
Capacity: 6 people.
A contribution to charges of 50 € per week will be requested between MID OCTOBER et MID MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 130€).
