The kitchen is small with custom wood cabinets, granite counter tops, microwave hood, flat top electric stove. The 24" refrigerator is included.
Large bedroom with lots of light and a bigger closet
Oversized Split mini-pump uses refrigeration technology to cool or heat quickly. Three overhead fans circulate the air quickly. The bathroom has its own electric heater
Beautifully tiled bathroom with large walk-in shower
Large sunny private deck with 200 sqft of low maintenance ironwood with surrounding planters
Garage has a laundry room shared with a contractor who lives in the big house and built most of this unit.
Utilities: Include water and garbage. and shared Comcast
