Conveniently located just two miles from the northern shores of Deep Creek Lake and only a mile from the back slopes of Wisp Resort, this home is close to an array of activities, including whitewater rafting, boat rentals, wedding venues, county fairgrounds, ski slopes, and lakefront beaches.

The covered front porch, adorned with classic wood rocking chairs, invites you to relax and soak in the charm. Inside, the home is fully equipped with all the comforts and essentials you need. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet storage, while the dining table comfortably seats up to eight. The living room offers plush sofas positioned in front of a flatscreen TV, making it ideal for family gatherings and movie nights. On chilly evenings, the gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. Glass doors lead to the other side of the wrap-around porch, where you can enjoy additional seating and stunning views of the pond. Sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails while observing the blue heron, deer, and other wildlife that frequent the area.

The outdoor spaces are equally inviting, featuring a firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a gas grill for summer barbecues, and a patio with a fire table and cushioned seating. Challenge each other to a game of cornhole with the set provided. End your evenings in the ground-floor game room, equipped with a pool table, a dartboard, and another TV area with a wood stove. When it's time to turn in, you'll find one bedroom on the ground floor and two more upstairs, with a full bathroom on each level for added convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a small apartment that shares the parking lot. Do not be alarmed if you see other people there during your stay.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
