Excellent vacation rental opportunity for March, 2025 close to Siesta Key! This well cared-for, bright home is thoughtfully designed and offers plenty of space with a split plan for privacy, and all centers around the sparkling pool and spacious lanai making it perfect for entertaining indoors or out. Located within Palmer Ranch, behind the gates of Stoneybrook Golf & Country Club. With an additional $250/mth you will enjoy every benefit of ownership which includes access to the full service clubhouse, restaurant, Arthur Hills designed golf course, pro-shop, Har-Tru tennis, well equipped fitness center, community pools and spa, even bocci ball and pickleball. Just outside the community is Legacy Trail for walking, biking, and exploring. You can relax and rest assured that you are perched ideally in the midst of all that Sarasota has to offer world class shopping and dining, theater and arts, and World-Famous Siesta Key beach.

We love sharing our home with its own pool and hot tub. Its location is perfect for attending cultural events, enjoying restaurants, swimming, beach walking, and biking. If you enjoy remaining active as we do, you will find that there is never a dull moment, as Sarasota is also in close proximity to other great locations.

We use this property ourselves and take pride in its condition and appearance. It is important to us to provide our guests with a memorable experience. The central golf community location is ideal for people that enjoy the beach and a quiet well maintained setting. Very close to state parks, downtown Sarasota and everything that it has to offer.

You choose between the close proximity of swimming in the gulf, a community pool and your own private heated pool with spa. Don't forget the community restaurant, pickle ball and tennis courts and bacchii ball.
