Summary:

Pardon our Noise. Beginning 4/15/2026, Cape Winds Resort is undergoing exterior renovations 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri. As such, pool/spa and other amenities outside your unit may be intermittently unavailable. We believe the pool/spa will be open daily after 5-10pm and all day on weekends. This is not guaranteed. Pricing discounts are reflective of this inconvenience.



The Space:

This pool front 2B/2B has plenty of room for the whole family to spread out after a day at the beach, sight seeing or even a game of tennis. This updated condo will make you never want to leave! Located just minutes from Port Canaveral, Dinosaur Museum and World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Easy access to the complex pool with hot tub spa, beach, parking, tennis, and basketball. Luggage carts are located near the elevator. The amenities at this resort complex provide something for everyone to do.

Location, Location, Location

Such an easy stay and owners were very responsive to text and accommodating to check in times and check out. Easy access and just lovely condo with plenty of space for our family of 5. Right next to the pool and just a short walk over to the beach. Nice to have full washer and dryer to come home with clean clothes! Would stay here again if in the area 100%.

Prefect Location

This unit was perfectly located next to the pool and the beach entrance for our family. The pool has a lock so our 5 year old couldnt sneak in, but was easy access with the adults. In unit washer and dryer were so great so we didn't have to pack so much for the week. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Paradise by the sea

Our stay was only a week long but we could have stayed much longer , everything about this ground floor condo was awesome, lots of room, location was awesome, beautifully decorated, pool hot tub, was awesome, quite, friendly people, beach couldnt get any closer, parking never an issue, if you want to enjoy Cocoa Beach this is the place to stay. 5 stars no doubt.

Diamond in the rough

The location was perfect. Two of the 3 exits were locked and or blocked off- a serious fire issue to me. There were dead bugs, live bugs including small ants and large ants. The dining table had crusty food in drop-down leaf, food and fingerprints on dining room lamp shade.

Short Spring Break Getaway

Nice little place on the ocean for a getaway for my son and I. Had what we needed for a comfortable few days. Easy access with coded door lock, check-in and out were easy. Close proximity to restaurants/grocery store. Area is a little touristy given how close you are to the port but we had fun. Couple things to point out that are more preference than issues, weaker water pressure in the master bath wasn't what I would like and the listing makes it seems like there is a slider with direct access to the pool...not true, it's really just a small space fenced off from the pool...not a big deal given pool access is literally steps away from the door but pics in the listing don't accurately show that. All in all...a nice place to stay, the shortest of walks to the beach from the backdoor, well appointed for a family vacation.
