GREAT LOCATION

Big house, absolutely PERFECT location! Unfortunately the house was not very clean on arrival and it felt very stuffy and needed to be aired immediately as it had a smell of drains. The mop & broom provided were very dirty. The company provided one loo roll and very little cleaning products, no kitchen towel for the kitchen for drying dishes, it was all very basic. Sheets provided but no beds made. Pillows not comfortable. BUT the house has huge potential just needed a little TLC.

Thank you for the feedback. It is important to let the keyholder know about the cleaning, so that the cleaning team can be sent back for additional cleaning. The dirty mop and broom have been replaced brand new this morning. Along with this, there is no longer a smell in the house.

Great location but...

The property is ideally located & has been redone recently. However, we were expecting better standard and service for the price we paid and were disappointed with several aspects: the house was not very clean (particularly in the living areas, kitchen...), the kitchen was not well equipped, some of the furniture were falling apart, beds were not made (which is not a big deal but does not reflect the price...), towels provided were insufficient for the number of people and of very poor quality... I would like to mention though that the agency was responsive and tried to address our issues quickly.
