The apartment is well stocked and outfit for comfort. Get the value of 2 x hotel rooms for the price of one, and include your own kitchenette, and lots of media content.

There is 1 main room with the TV area, desk, and kitchenette. Off the kitchen area is the 1 full bedroom with queen murphy bed, and the updated bathroom. The TV area has a 2nd queen Murphy bed. We maximized the space and it can be comfortable for 2 people for a week or longer. Can do 3 or 4 people for shorter stays of 1-3 nights. I would not try to squeeze 4 people in to a 1 bedroom space of this size for a week. As example, can only fit seating for 2 or 3 people around the TV in the amin room.

The main room and the bedroom both feature their own desk / work station. Each room also have smart TV with streaming content.

Decently well stocked kitchen includes full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster over, and 2 runner induction for countertop. Basic glassware / cookware provided. Pub height Table seats up to 6. Plenty of restaurants in the area to order, or walk down Gerry st and up the steps to 'Little Thai Kitchen'

Updated Bath includes fresh towels and shampoo / soap. Outdoor patio seating & grill. Ground level with own entrance and 1 parking spot for up to 2 cars front to back.

This is a multi-family property with each apartment on its own level and private entrance. With any multi-family, there is some noise transfer from the apartment above. We have strict rules for all listings of absolutely no parties or events, and to be respectful of noise with quiet hours after 10pm.

No other guests besides those sleeping at the listing are welcome to the property. This is not a good listing for romantic / date night.
