Welcome to our Floridian Escape! Beautiful private home with heated pool located in Northwest Cape Coral. A great place for family and friends, you will absolutely love this home away from home in Cape Coral

This three bedroom private home includes a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and more. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Private pool, free onsite parking, smart HDTV, High-speed WIFI and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout, and directions to the house will be sent to you via Vrbo.

Wonderful Stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The owners were a delight and very accommodating. The beds are quite comfortable, the heated pool was the perfect temperature and was very refreshing. All in all a great stay!

Grabbing some sunshine

The House was adequate for our stay. Beds were comfortable. Swimming pool was warm. There is not much space to sit in the sun around the outside of the pool. If you like shade there was plenty. It was about half an hour to get to the beach.

Great comfortable accommodations but FYI some minor repairs are needed … the bathroom sinks could not be filled for use since stopper is broken and both toilet seats need replacing. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the Cape Coral area!

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay. Place was very clean and spacious. Nicely decorated. Pool was very nice with beautiful outdoor space. Noise was a slight issue with chickens/roosters next door crowing day and night. Kitchen glassware and dishes were well stocked. Cooking, bakeware, knives and utensils could be better.

Immaculately maintained

The property itself was wonderful. Our only dissatisfaction was out of the owners control- the neighbors have three roosters who begin their morning routine between 4am and 4:30 am and don’t stop. If you are looking for a relaxing morning and sleeping past your work schedule, this isn’t the place for you. Otherwise, it was outstanding.

The place was great!

Not familiar with the area. Right off of a major road for easy access, but not busy at all. Grocery store within five minutes. Really had all of the basics too if needed. Would highly recommend!
