Enjoy breathtaking views of tidal wetlands, the Indian River Bridge and the bay from this amazing second floor end unit furnished condo in Bethany Bay. Bethany Bay is situated on the Indian River Bay and White Creek with water access for kayaking, canoeing, paddleboard and jet skis. The community also has a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, walking trails, 9 hole par 3 golf course (pay to play) and so much more. You will love the natural setting and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets plus enjoy the blue herons, egrets, deer and more. The condo is sun filled, bright and cheery with extra windows. You will find a large eat-in kitchen with white cabinetry and appliances, a spacious dining/living room with an electric fireplace, a great place to entertain or take a nap, a primary bedroom with a full bath and a guest bedroom with its own bath. You will enjoy sunsets on the front deck and early sunrises, water and wildlife views on the rear screened porch. Please checkout this fabulous condo today! Clean and family friendly

The condo was laid out well and clean. The pool was awesome and large enough that it never felt crowded. Beautiful views and plenty of wildlife to see on bike rides.

Friend Vacation

Beautiful condo in a great community! Hosts were easy to communicate with and everything was easy which made our trip wonderful :) we loved the pool, the location was nice with an easy drive to the beach, and many local restaurants. Will absolutely be back!

The condo is nicely appointed with a fun beachy vibe. It was easy to relax with the beautiful view. They had everything we needed including towels, sheets, paper products, and soaps. The garage even had bikes and beach chairs. We loved the golf course right on the property as well as pool and tennis. The only thing I would improve on is the grill. It is perfect for 2 but if you are grilling for a family of 4 it was a little small. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Great place!

This condo is a terrific spot for being around the beach! It has a thoughtful and well-maintained kitchen, terrific inlet views, and is very clean. We will certainly come back again!

Great stay at a wonderful property with a bayside view

Very clean property in a great location. Enjoyed the pool, tennis courts, sitting on the porch and viewing the bay, and close proximity to Bethany beach. Will definitely come back soon.

Perfect Getaway!! You’ll love it here!

My husband, kids, and I spent a few nights in this beautifully maintained condo. Very clean, spacious, and we loved the beach theme! The views off the screened in porch were breathtaking! Very peaceful property! The owners were very nice and quick to respond to questions. We’ll definitely be back!

A perfect getaway!

I travelled with my teenagers and this spot had everything for everybody! Golf, tennis, pool, and bikes all right at the property. And then short drives to multiple beaches and boardwalks! And the condo itself was fully stocked and impeccably clean! The owners were super fast with responses to questions! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

What a great stay we had! The host were so polite and helpful. The view was beautiful and the wildlife. The house had everything we needed to have a great time. The kitchen was fully stocked. Glorious bethany beach stay

We have stayed here many times over the years and it is always amazing—so cozy with beautiful marsh/bay views. Central to many activities and the beach. The hosts are awesome and ensure you have everything you need. The only negative thing is when we have to leave:)

Fantastic Property with Amazing View

My family has stayed at several properties in the Bethany Beach area, and this is by far our favorite! Ron and Elaine are wonderful hosts and the property has everything you need for great week. The view of the bay is wonderful and we enjoyed morning and evening visits from local deer and other wildlife. We can't wait to return!

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect space for a quick weekend away. The condo was immaculate and equipped with everything we could need and so mich more. We enjoyed the peace of the community, the natural surroundings and the area.would definitely consoder staying again if we were staying in the area.

Beautiful View

This was a cute property and we enjoyed our stay. The scenery was tranquil and soothing - our favorite part. It was located about 15 minutes from the ocean. The community pool and hot tub were nice features too. It was a well-stocked property with all the essentials and more. Having the sheets supplies was super nice benefit. The only improvements I would make is a more comfortable sofa (cushions kept pushing out and a little dirty) and to clean the patio especially the screen debris. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again. The owners were also very accommodating.

Relaxation at its best!

Home away from home!

Once again we had a great time! We truly feel like we are at home when we are there. The condo is well stocked with everything we need. I have now cooked both a Thanksgiving and Easter dinner there and all cooking supplies were right there. It’s great!

Spring Getaway

My partner, sister and I spent 5 days in this beautiful condo in May of 2024. The condo was perfect for our needs with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and couches and terrific views of the bay and marsh. The decor was most pleasant with lovely French poster art and cheerful colors. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. The community is quiet and we enjoyed many walks. We did not get to take advantage of the community amenities because it was off season. We would definitely would like to rent this place again on our next trip to the Bethany Beach area.

Charming condo. Felt at home as soon as we entered. The condo was stocked with everything we needed with the exception of a tea kettle but we improvised.

Stunning Waterviews. And you can see the Indian river inlet bridge

Ide like to start off with as soon as you walk in the condo the view of the water is perfect. The condo has great seating room also the kitchen has everything you need to cook with. There was great cable and internet. Also the community has lots to offer from golf to tennis to basketball volleyball etc…oh almost forgot beds are comfy
