We are pleased to offer you this 2-bedroom villa, sleeping 6 people, recently added to our portfolio of properties for its rental properties.
Located 120 meters from the prestigious Las Ballenas beach, close to the center and all shops, with its private pool and garden, and newly installed Starlink internet offering a minimum of 150MB, it will be the ideal villa for everyone.
Whether you're looking for a relaxing or working vacation, this villa will be the perfect ally for your future vacation in Las Terrenas.
A lovely, clean, and well-equipped house, with all the comforts of modern living, offering a fully air-conditioned indoor living space for those who fear the extreme heat and an outdoor living space with a dining and lounge area for those who wish to enjoy the tropical warmth, BBQ, perfect for your various barbecues.
Both bedrooms offer a terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
The proximity to Las Ballenas Beach, the fishing village, and the center are undeniable assets for this charming semi-detached villa.
On the first floor, the villa features a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, blender, and more, all opening onto the living room.
A sofa bed can accommodate two additional guests, with a full bathroom on the ground floor and air conditioning.
Upstairs, each air-conditioned bedroom has its own bathroom and terrace.
The master bedroom is equipped with a 200*200 king-size bed, and the guest bedroom has two 100*190 twin-size beds.
The two single beds can be pushed together to create a second king-size bed if needed; please request this upon booking, not upon arrival. Storage cabinets and a safe are available for tenants.
Maximum capacity: 6 people.
Wi-Fi internet is ideal for working (150 MB minimum).
Free parking is available in front of the residence entrance.
For your information:
Included in the Price for a minimum of 8 nights: Internet Wifi, local cable TV, Housekeeping entry, exit and one time in the middle of your stay with change of bed linen.
If necessary, a washing machine is available for your personal laundry and the rest of the household linen, such as towels, swimming pool or kitchen towel. Gardener and pool maintenance.
For a stay of less than 8 nights, we will not provide cleaning services.
Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your charge during your stay. We check the meter on arrival and departure.
Only your consumption in Kilo Watt is invoiced to you at the legal rate in force in the village. This sum is recovered in cash the day you leave the house.
The price per kilo watt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD
We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you.
