Enjoy a renovated 2 bdrm/2 bth condo in lively, Historic Soulard. This condo is a around the corner from Hammerstone's and a short walk to McGurk's, a St. Louis' most prominent Irish Bar.

1st Floor:

Great stay in an amazing location

This is a very comfortable house with a great back patio and is walkable to amazing food, music, and historic St. Louis activities. I highly recommend it!!

Great place to stay in Soulard

Property was clean, decor was nice, Royce was a great host. Couple minor issues: we had an issue getting one of the two showers to work (could have been user error) and there was a lot of late night noise along the street. The noise is somewhat to be expected for Soulard however. Overall, we were very happy with our stay

Quaint property in a great location

Had an amazing time in Soulard! This property is in a great location, is cleanly & comfortable, and Royce was a fantastic host. Super easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. Couldn’t recommend staying here more!

Awesome!

This condo was super cute and very clean! Perfect for 2 couples on a game weekend! Very close walking distance to plenty of bars and night life. This was the perfect space with an amazing host, thank you!

Great weekend!

Royce was super helpful before, during, and after our stay! The house was exactly what’s advertised. We were super close to everything downtown! It was a wonderful parents only trip! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Loved the location, it was very close to many restaurants and bars as well as Busch Stadium. The house was very clean and comfortable. Only issue was the stairs. We are all older and the stairs up to the bedrooms and bathrooms were a little difficult for us. Otherwise, would highly recommend.

Perfect for our girls weekend getaway

Perfect for our girls weekend stay. The location was great! In the heart of the Soulard neighborhood, with plenty of places to eat and drink only steps away and only a 5 minute drive to the downtown area. Only thing I will say is that the place is 3 floors which we were unaware of going into not a huge deal just a minor inconvenience when having to go up to upstairs bedroom.

Great location

The location is perfect for someone/a group wanting to experience Soulard. Walking distance to every restaurant & bar in Soulard and virtually right next door to one (Hammerstone's).
