Contemporary 4 BR home central to everything STL has to offer: downtown fun for a Blues or Cardinals game, a night out in the Grove, near Lafayette Square park and restaurant scene and Tower Grove and Forest Parks. The zoo and several museums are a 5 min drive away.

King suite with en suite bath and two queen bedrooms with a full bath.

Huge backyard w/ patio. Basement features gym/workout area and entertainment area with projector. Modern kitchen/living area with half bath on main level.

The home met expectations and then some. Loved the seperate area downstairs and the great backyard. The directions were clear and home located close to great attractions. The extras in the home were great. We will definely be back.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at your house. The kitchen was easy to work in. All of the beds were very comfortable. Your living room was a place to relax in after a family activity. Our grandchildren enjoyed the backyard.

The house was perfect!! Very comfy and felt like home. House was completely stocked with anything we could need or think of. Had no issues at all, but did reach out to Jackson with a few questions and received prompt helpful answers! Location is perfect. Less than 10 minutes from the locations we wanted, but far enough away that we didn't have congestion and noise. Neighborhood is well kept, quiet and safe. Everything we used worked perfect. We did not stay in the basement or use any of the things there, but it would be a great area for teens or gamers! Will definitely keep this property in our favorites and stay if we visit again!

What a great stay! We had everything we needed and the owners even went out of their way to accommodate an easier way to get into the house for a family member who had a recent surgery.

Nice spacious house close to lots of the places we planned to visit. It was well stocked vs most other places we have stayed meaning we did not have to go out and buy tp or paper towels or detergent. Also had an air fryer. Would stay here again if in STL.

**Exceptional Stay – Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient!**

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property! The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The four bedrooms and three and a half baths were perfect for our family offering both privacy and comfort.The kitchen was a standout, spacious, modern, and fully stocked with cooking utensils, plus a large island that made meal prep so easy. The A/C kept the house refreshingly cool even during the hot summer days, and the parking was excellent, no stress at all getting in and out.The location was incredibly convenient, just minutes from downtown St. Louis, but tucked away in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Barnes and more

We were in STL to be with our son-in-law scheduled for a heart procedure at Barnes Jewish Hosp. Both sets of parents and son and daughter had plenty of room at this lovely location. A sudden reschedule at Barnes gave us 2 more days for shopping, museums, movies, etc. We had most meals at the house, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Thank you for a great location in St. Louis!

Great rental

The house was beautiful, quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that the toilet in the master suite kept running and we were unable to use it. The host assured me that he would replace it after our stay (there were three other bathrooms we could use).

Boys weekend

Came with my 4 Sons for weekend. Enjoyed a St Louis Cardinals baseball game and evening at Top Golf and local dining. Everything was in a 2 mile radius of the house. The house was clean and well maintained. Jackson was quick to reply to all questions. Had a very nice stay and would recommend this house.

Close to everything

This home was in a great location and had all of the bedrooms and bathrooms we needed. The secure parking behind the house was much appreciated. The hosts were easy to contact but we didn’t need anything during our stay.
