Renovated House Heated Pool Gourmet Kitchen Pet Friendly Walking to the Downtown

PARTIES - EVENTS - NOT ALLOWED -

The four-bedroom, one story renovated house offers the exclusivity that only comes with a private residence. Enjoy sunsets from the large backyard where there are a generous heated pool, a large dining area with ceiling fans and a propane BBQ, and an oversized deck with lounge chairs. Dine at the table for 8 in the dining room or opt for a more casual setting outside. The spacious floor plan features one full master suite with plenty of closets and three bedrooms with queen beds offering room for everyone.

All bedrooms are equipped with TVs; DirecTV Stream is provided. There is a bigger TV in the living room area including a sectional sofa and a loveseat where you can relax.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with built-in oven and microwave, an electric smooth-top style cooktop with hot surface indicator, a dishwasher and french door refrigerator with ice maker. Plenty of small appliances including a Keurig and a regular coffee makers.

The garage was converted to an inviting playroom equipped with a ping pong table and a dart board.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, large cooler, and kids' toys are provided.

24hs Security Home System including Surveillance Cameras.
A short-term rental agreement must be signed before check-in.

Maximum Occupancy based on City License 8 Adults 4 Kids.
All guests must be registered; visitors are treated as guests based on maximum occupancy. It is your obligation to list all the people that will sleep, visit, enter and use the premises.

Pet Fee: $150 per pet, up to 4 pets.
Early Check-in Fee: $150
Late check-out Fee: $150

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was well-stocked and perfect for cooking, and the pool area and backyard were absolutely fabulous—so peaceful and relaxing. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed like grocery stores and great restaurants. The host was quick to respond and very helpful whenever we had questions. Highly recommend!

Great week getaway with family

Quiet neighborhood location close to many restaurants and stores. Spacious home with nice open living room/dining room/living room design for extended family getaway. Roomy bedrooms and clean bathrooms. Heated pool was a highlight. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay in Coral Springs

Had a wonderful time at this place in Coral Springs! The place is extremely clean and super new and modern. It is very centrally located, close to everything. We had a wonderful holiday visiting local friends and family.

Feast of Tabernacles

The home was clean, well decorated, fully stocked with kitchen ware, linens and conveniently located to shopping. The neighborhood was nice and manicured. Vero was very accommodating and friendly. We would def stay here again. I would love to see a few throws for snuggling on the couch in the evening. Thanks again Vero!

Perfect place to stay!

My house was under renovations from a pipe leak and this house was less than a mile from mine. I love the street. We tried finding a house to purchase on that street but nothing was available. I felt at home here. We were here for 14 weeks. The house is fully equipped with everything anyone could possibly need! My dogs even loved the yard. The privacy is the best!

Wonderful Stay!

The house and its location met our group's needs perfectly for our 3 week stay. Easy access to grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Publix, and Total Wine are very close by, Costco not far) and restaurants. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the beautiful kitchen was well equipped. There were no spices/salt or pepper in the kitchen but there was a good amount of paper goods and laundry detergent to get us started. The heated pool, outdoor seating areas, and fully charged gas grille made our stay even better. Having both drip and Keurig coffee makers made all of our coffee drinkers happy. Plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Enjoyed walking around the neighborhood at all hours with and without our dog. Our little dog managed to get under the fence in the backyard so we had to keep him on a very long lead when he was outside but otherwise he had a great time - Vero and Alex are dog lovers and provided food and water bowls, rolls of poop bags, and even extra towels so he could go in the pool. The pool was serviced twice as was the landscaping during our stay but wasn't a problem for us. We appreciated and used the pool/beach toys, chairs, ping pong table and dart board in the garage. We went to three different beaches, all about 30 minutes drive. We were lucky and had incredibly great weather almost our entire stay which enhanced our whole experience. Overall, we had an excellent stay and highly recommend this property. Some minor things: we didn't see the contract until shortly before our arrival and needed to talk with Vero and Alex about some of the details. Alex called us at length to allay any concerns and Vero messaged her agreement the next day. We had no need to call or message them during our stay. The air conditioning was loud sometimes and the sliding door to the pool was a little difficult to open and close. Difficult to see low steps by the front door and the position of the cooktop exhaust hood for tall people were minor safety issues to be aware of.

Great Family Stay

Our family of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your rental home. The house had a really nice layout and was well stocked with everything needed for our comfort. We especially liked the spacious pool area and outdoor dining area. The beach chairs and umbrellas came in handy on our trips and the kids loved the ping pong table in the garage. This vacation home was immaculate and we would definitely stay here again. Of all of our VRBO stays, this one is top notch!
