Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place, within walking distance to Westfield Valley Fair and Santana Row (1.3 miles). Recently remodeled and ready for your family enjoyment, or for your business trip in one of the many companies around the home (NVIDIA, Apple, Google, eBay, etc).

The home is a unit inside a multiplex building, but you will have the entire unit and a small fenced yard to yourself located entirely on the 1st floor (with no stairs needed!). We are near many grocery stores (0.5 miles), restaurants (0.5 miles), and features high speed internet (600Mbit) for the most demanding users, modern appliances, work space and washer/dryer in unit.

Very nice home. One of the beds was hard, but my grandson adjusted. The other queen an king were great!Parking was easy and convenient, home was welcoming. Neighborhood was very nice.

We enjoyed are stay visiting family during the holidays. The location is convenient and the 2 parking spots in the back were very useful, as it rained a lot. Host and amenities were great. Minor inconvenience due to kitchen garbage disposal not working, but used strainer instead. Kitchen utensils and cookware are a bit limited, so if you need something special, bring it with you.

Property was just as described and hosts were great!

Clean, well stocked, and centrally located. Covered parking and a nice selection of snacks and bottled water upon arrival. Hosts were responsive and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Would stay here again!

Great place

It was the perfect destination with amenities like washing machine and dryer with detergent, coffee pot and Nespresso with coffee provided and parking spots. Modern, clean and a great location including a day to explore San Francisco.

Nice stay

Accurate listing — very clean, comfortable beds, enough bedding, everything we needed. We didn’t cook but kitchen seemed well stocked. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, which was nice, but neighbors are close and there was some car/street noise with windows open. Definitely would stay again. Perfect for SCU visiting.

Overall the property was great. They even had extra toothbrushes, which was good since one of us forget his. Snacks were available when we checked in.

Santa Clara home

This was a nice area close to Levi stadium nice neighborhood we took a walk around lots of fruit trees. Only down side was lack of silverware they did have coffee and water available with creamer we bought some plastic spoons to donate

Perfect for our needs

The house was perfect for our needs. I was moving my son into school and it was the perfect base. Super close to everything we needed and very convenient to park to load all his stuff for the big move in day. The house was clean and well appointed and easy to access.

Great location and very clean home

We visited Santa Clara University also made a day trip to Pebble Beach during our quick trip. This location and place was perfect. The house was very clean, nice and comfortable for our family of 5 and close to restaurants and shopping (Santana Row). The owners are very thoughtful. The home had coffee, snacks, bottles of waters, games and there were no issues with parking.

Awesome Location! Clean place!

This place was close to everything! It was clean and comfortable. 2 suggestions: While there are 2 smart TVs, they appear old. The audio of one was bad and the video of the other was. There were no pods for the dishwasher nor any dish soap. I understand things run out and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you M&M 😊 there are 2

Great, house. Perfect location.

Husband, son, and I enjoyed staying at the M & M house as we dropped off our son at college in Santa Clara. House is very clean, comfortable, and close to everything. Super-comfortable bedding. We appreciated the complimentary water, selection of Nespresso coffees, and chips. I personally loved the Pendleton blankets on every bed. Appreciated the off-street parking. *Question about communication with property manager does not apply, because we did not need to communicate. However the manager/owner did leave phone numbers prominently listed.

Great condo and host

This condo and host are fabulous. The extra treats upon arrival were very thoughtful. The hosts were kind, responsive and flexible. The location was perfect for our needs and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. So nice to have off-street parking as it got full quickly. I would definitely recommended this rental. My only reason for four stars instead of five is the listing detail. It shows a fold out/futon available, but the couch is just a couch. We couldn't find many extra sheets or blankets, but made a nest on the couch for my teenage daughter. Just for others to be aware: this is a shared condo/house with attached neighbors (probably in the listing and I missed it).

This property is an older home that has been lovingly renovated with modern touches to create a cozy and inviting space. Very clean on arrival with all the amenities to cook, dine, and relax. It's super close to local stores and restaurants and under 10 minutes drive to Santa Clara University, which was what brought my friends and I out. The primary bedroom faces the street, but car noise died down by bedtime. Hosts are welcoming and super timely with communications, including check in and check out information. The entrance includes multiple sizes of rubber house slippers so you can "leave your worries and shoes at the door," as the welcome sign says. All beds are memory foam with plenty of pillows and we all slept well! A perfect stay for a family or small group of friends. I would stay again.

Awesome stay!

Great hosts and beautiful place. Perfect for a family. Loved the welcome snacks and water, Loved the closet space in all rooms with lots of clothes hangers. Hosts were friendly & easy to communicate with. So sweet after we checked out, cleaning crew found my daughter’s water bottle and hosts offered to ship it to me. Street parking was very busy but loved the dedicated parking spot behind. Bathrooms were clean, lots of extra towels and blankets, loved that there was single use makeup wipes in the bathroom. Hosts definitely took care of all the little things I would’ve have to run to target to get. Thanks so much for an awesome stay!

Parents Weekend

We booked this nice VRBO property for SCU Parents weekend. It was a great place to stay + work remote during the day with easy access to SCU and other Silicon Valley communities. Very clean, updated comfy furniture and linens. No private yard but a nice patio off the kitchen that is fenced in and nestled inside apartment building breezeway. We will stay there again.

This is a modern home at a walkable and quiet neighborhood. Featured spots nearby: Westfield mall, Santana Row, CVS Pharmacy, Lucky, 7-Eleven.

You have the ENTIRE space for yourself, including a full kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a small fenced yard at the back as well as two covered designated parkings on site.
