Perfect Stay and location for game

Appreciate the cleanliness of the property. Kitchen is well stocked. We have kids but they did not come on this weekend trip. I would stay here again with our kids as well, came with games, toys pack and play as well as a high chair. Easy walk to the 49ers game and the dedicated parking spots are awesome.

As advertised

The pool was wonderful! Felt very safe there. We only used the master bedroom and the mattress was perfect. Some things that would’ve made it better were better window, coverings, and reverse osmosis water, or even a Britta Filter Pitcher.

Lovely place!

We really enjoyed our time at the condo! Beds were very comfortable, place was super clean and the kids loved the pool. Great location that was easy to get to all the things we wanted to see. Grocery was nearby and very convenient. Thanks for the wonderful stay

Family visit

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment and would highly recommend. The place was clean and had all the amenities that we were looking for. The location, parking, and convenience were great. Communication with the owners was simple and we had all the info we needed. We would stay there again.

Very Spacious, Safe & Quiet

Great location near several expressways. Love the secure parking garage with assigned spaces ! Plenty of room with 2 beds / 2 baths and lots of living space besides. Came stocked with everything we needed (note: we didn't cook on this stay, but the kitchen was well-outfitted with pots/pans/utensils. Safeway just down the street in a plaza with a few take-out places as well. Will definitely stay again when we visit our son. Directions/communication with host were very good.

Great condo in a convenient location.

Our second stay, and nothing has changed. Spotless, spacious, and comfortable condo. Good water pressure, a/c, and washer/dryer made for an excellent stay. We will be back.

Nice place

This condo was very nice. We did have an issue with the A/C. We contacted the owner & he was immediately on top of it. It was difficult to get repaired as it was a holiday weekend but the owner kept us apprised every step of the way & did his best to get the situation rectified. We also loved the pool & the fitness room. Very nice place to stay at.

Lots of space and well organized

This condo has a large living room and well equipped kitchen. The buildings are not new, but this unit has been renovated. Hosts provided very detailed info on how to navigate the maze of hallways and codes needed to get in. Very clean and comfortable place. Convenient to tech companies in San Jose. Nice neighborhood to walk around, and close to Safeway too.

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed this very clean, light and airy apartment. Very spacious; comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and very quiet. Ivan responded quickly to any inquiries. Location was convenient.

PLEASANT TWO WEEKS IN SANTA CLARA

We are a "senior" couple who enjoyed two weeks at Casa de Alpaca. We were visiting relatives in the Bay area and had two additional relatives stay with us for several days in the condo. The location is great. We enjoyed walking through the many nice streets in the Rivermark neighborhood. There is good shopping and many fine restaurants not far from the condo. It was easy to park in the garage and to drive to wherever we needed to go in the East Bay. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold to use the pool area but it looked very nice. Casa de Alpaca was well described and we were comfortable and felt safe during our stay.

Clean, comfortable place with check-in headaches

The property is just as advertised. Clean, comfortable, modern. We enjoyed our stay once we got in. The issue was that Ivan did not send check in instructions, and it took a while (with us waiting in the hallway on the phone with VRBO) to gain access. No problems other than that.

Perfect spot for a football game

The condo was a perfect place to stay if you are going to a 49ers game. The are 2 bedrooms with a split floorplan so allows for privacy. It was very clean and included all of the basic necessities for the kitchen. Parking in the garage was easy and everything felt very secure.

A great property

A very spacious and well-equipped property. Beds and water pressure were excellent. Well lit, with plenty of windows and even a small balcony. Secure parking and entry. The location is close to both 101 and 17, although those wishing to spend most of their time in Los Gatos/Saratoga might want something a bit closer. We will definitely return.

Great Levi Stadium Access

We really enjoyed the cleanliness and closeness of this property to our event. We were able to walk to a grocery store and restaurants. Neighbors were very friendly and access was easy. We’ll certainly book again if we come back.

Great location well furnished

We had work done on our home and needed a place to stay close by. We also had friends in town for a night and were able to accommodate all four of us. Beds and linens all very comfortable. Would stay again.
