This is a spacious, clean, fully equipped home with dining area , open kitchen, living room and extra lounge room. There are two large Smart TVs.
Bar stools overlooking the kitchen perfect for lounging with a cold drink. Granite countertops in the fully equipped kitchen. Washer and Dryer also included. There are three beds(two queen size & 1 full size) and two bathrooms. Beautiful Ceramic tile flooring throughout the home. You will be 20-25min from most of South Florida’s main attractions. Sawgrass mall, HardRock Casino, Pompano beach and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea beaches. 4 folding chairs and an umbrella is provided for your perfect day at the beach. 20min from Ft lauderdale airport.
The famous Miami South beach and Marlins stadium is just a 30-40min away. Enjoy cooling down in the backyard in your own private pool and watch the sunset with a canal view. Enhanced cleaning protocols are followed before and after every guest stay.

Scary area the area

The house was beautiful, the area had parties, vp Cops were called to the area. We just did feel safe in the area.owners very accommodating. I should have investigated the area a littbetter

Clean, Convenient and Responsive

This house fit our needs extremely well. We were playing in an old man's basketball tournament in Coral Springs, and this house was only 10 minutes from the gym. Three of us stayed there and each had our own private bedroom. The house was very clean - did not see one bug during our 5-day stay. Janelle was extremely accommodating and responsive when we contacted her, even giving us her sister's contact info when Janelle was unavailable one afternoon. The only minor thing missing was a dishwasher, but it sure did not hurt any of us guys to wash dishes by hand for the first time in a long time! Very, very pleasant stay.

Just What We Needed!

The home was spotless and as listed. Communication was quick and efficient. We loved the pool and watching the wildlife along the canal. The beds were very comfortable. We jogged daily to and around Hampton Pines Park, drove daily 30 minutes to the beach and walked to Walmart. The neighbourhood rooster also made us welcome :) Perfect for our holiday in the sun!

The PERFECT house!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Janelle's home. Centrally located to everything we needed to do, the house was spotless from top to bottom. Superb amenities and perfect touches to the house sealed the deal for us. We will be sure to rent again. Janelle was the perfect hostess and more than accommodating. Don't pass this one up! It's worth it!!

3 night stay

Wonderful home that fit our needs perfectly. The home is beautiful and just as described in the listing. A detailed packet of information put together by the owner was very helpful and well organized, and explained all you could need to know. We had one small issue with keyless entry on our first night, and the owner was extremely helpful and had the issued solved in only minutes. We will definitely look to stay here again and would recommend this home and owner to anyone!
