This home is located in private and sought iafter area of South Forest beach, known for some of the island's most beautiful beaches. Home has a private pool as well as, large fenced backyard. About a mile walk or bike ride to Coligny Plaza for dinner, drinks, ice-cream, shopping, and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park which features a Children’s Play area and Amphitheater. Don't miss your chance to stay in this beautifully appointed 7 bedroom (four with private baths), 6.5 bath home and your own private pool, just a few steps (3-4 min walk) to the sandy beach and salty air! The pool can be heated for $700/week. The temps need to be in 60's or higher to have the heater effectively operate. Please specify if you would like heat added to your reservation.
This Myrtle Lane home is located within walking/bike riding distance of the Coligny Plaza (about 1 mile) which is home to some of the most popular restaurant options on the island, including Frosty Frog (great to catch a game or known for their Daiquiris), Vine (Upscale Italian Restaurant), Frozen Moo's Ice-cream (lots of flavors), Sandbar (fresh seafood and delicious cocktails), Big Bamboo (great musicians and nightlife), Coffee shop, a Theater, and new children's park.
There are bike trails close by to venture throughout the island to see Alligators and other wildlife. Golf carts are also allowed around the island on any roads under 25 mph limit and within 2 miles of your home

The downstairs features a master bedroom with a king size bed, spacious private bath and walk-in closet. There is also a pullout sleeper sofa in the Master bedroom. The master bathroom has 2 sinks, and tiled walk-in shower and jetted tub. The 2nd downstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds with a full bath across the hall. Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms and baths. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for large families with kids, it features 6 twin beds with plenty of storage, a great kid hangout room. This room has a private full bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed with a private full bathroom. Bedroom 5 has a Queen bed with a shared bath. Bedroom 6 has a King Bed with a full private bath. Bedroom 7 you will find a King bedroom also with full private bath. The home also features 2 laundry rooms for your convenience.
The large pool (15'x30') is surrounded by vegetation with orange, lime, grapefruit, and fig trees (help yourself to their harvest during the season) offering privacy for the pool. The outdoor area features propane grill, outdoor patio table and chairs to enjoy a meal outside. Next to the pool is a large seating area with a firepit to relax after a long day at the beach.
