Rob and his son Sean where amazing to work with. We had a pool issue but they resolved it right away. The house is beautiful and I give it five stars.

The house was amazing! It was well supplied with towels and toilet paper. Master bathroom worked well for our caregiving needs. Elevator went from the garage to all floors which is a plus. Elevator was small. My daughter who lives life in a power wheelchair was only able to fit in if we removed her foot rests. The ramp to the beach was very steep, but it was ramped! The pool was a disappointment. We were only able to use it 4 out of our 7 days there due to it turning green for 3 days. Overall it was a wonderful vacation.

Amazing property

Our family goes down every other year and we look for a large property with easy walk to the beach. This house was incredible - just beautiful inside and the additional screened in porch allowed us all to sit together without any bugs. The house was even better than the stunning pictures! Beach entrance was maybe 50 yards, so really easy walk and very close. We would look to stay here every year.

Family Reunion

The property was very well laid out and clean. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities. We had 16 adults and 3 small children and we had a wonderful time. Property manager was extremely helpful.

Mother’s 87th Birthday Weekend

Overall, the house is beautiful. We couldn’t decide if because of Hurricane Milton, some things just wasn’t clean. We understood the pool area, the front porch and back deck area were aok affected by the weather, but the kitchen/ living area could’ve been simply swept better before we checked in. We love the house and its location and hope that it will be available next year. Thanks

Beautiful house

We had an absolute blast staying at this incredible beach home! The moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat. The house was immaculate, spacious, and perfectly decorated to make us feel like we were in a coastal paradise. The location was unbeatable - just steps from the beach and stunning ocean views from the deck. We spent our days lounging on the beach, playing in the waves, and watching breathtaking sunsets. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms and plush towels. We felt like we were in a luxury resort, but with the warmth and comfort of a home. The owners were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back and make more memories in this amazing beach home. 5 stars isn't enough - we'd give it 10 stars if we could!"

Excellent

Our stay was great!. There were 10 of us, 50 years of high school friends. We have been vacationing our annual trips for 20 years. This was our best house!. Only a few minor complaints...First, not enough coffee cups for our morning coffee. We actually went and bought some. Second, the bathroom shower/tub in the bunkbed room is awful. The bottom of the tub has clumps of epoxy that is not smoothed out. Looks and feels terrible! Third, Not enough hangers, we also had to buy those too! And finally, we paid 75.00 a day to heat the pool/hot tub but the hot tub never got hot. We feel maybe next year (we booked again) you could throw that fee out and still heat the pool/hot tub! Overall great location, furniture was in great shape and we loved it!

Large Family Vacation

Steve was excellent to work with during our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed for our large group throughout the week. Being a new construction was awesome and it was nice to have up to date amenities and a beautiful environment. My only criticism would be the showers with no door or curtain. Though this may be trendy, it was a mess for us renters. Water was all over the bathroom and we had to spend time wiping things down after each shower. It’s already warping the baseboards directly outside the shower, so maybe this is a design flaw. Other than that, we had a great vacation and would love to visit again!

Great Beach House

Our group had a great stay at this house - the location was perfect, the house was clean and comfy with plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend!
