The bright living room invites you to relax with its quality sofa bed, which can be converted into a comfortable bed for the night, as well as a television and a cosy meeting area. The large, open-plan, modern, well-equipped kitchen will delight the most discerning gourmets: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker senseo, kettle, full set of crockery and cutlery... everything you need to cook like at home. The recently renovated bathroom boasts a contemporary style and practical features. The WC is separate for greater everyday comfort.
Upstairs, there's a practical storage area for your clothes and a study area that's ideal for working. Behind it, the spacious bedroom is a haven of peace, with a 140x160 double bed and functional storage space. The soft, uncluttered decor makes for a restful night's sleep.
Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant garden, perfect for fine weather, and a secure private parking space in front of the property.
