The apartment is located in the Fabron district, a calm and green area only 1 km from the sea and amenities. The "Les Canailles" beach is quickly accessible, as are local shops, the tram station and major routes to the city centre or airport. This residential district is perfect for those who want to enjoy Nice while avoiding the hustle and bustle of the centre.



EXHIBITION



The spacious and bright living room opens onto a large terrace and offers a pleasant living space, ideal for relaxing. It has a lounge area with a sofa and television, perfect for your moments of relaxation. The living room is air-conditioned and opens directly to the outside, creating a very pleasant continuity between interior and exterior.



COOKING



The American kitchen, modern and perfectly equipped, is open to the living room. It has ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, as well as a fridge-freezer. All necessary utensils, as well as a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle, are at your disposal to cook as if at home.



ROOMS



The apartment includes two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. The spaces are bright and well-designed, with functional furniture and plenty of storage. The calm ambiance of the neighbourhood and the air conditioning ensure restful nights.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival



I chose to arrive by air



Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:



The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.

A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.



Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.



The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.



I chose to arrive by train



The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.



Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.



I chose to arrive by car



There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:



• On time

• Per 24-hour day

• Per week

• Per month



It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
