This is a sunny top-floor apartment with a 23 m2 large and lovely terrace in a sunny west position and a separate balcony with morning sun. The apartment consists of a kitchen and a living room in an open plan with an entrance to the terrace, a large bedroom with a double bed (160×200), a smaller bedroom with a double bed (140×190), and a modern shower room with a separate toilet. There are ACs in all rooms. A few years ago, the whole apartment was renovated in a light, Scandinavian style. This i surely an apartment you will feel like home in.

Convenient location 5 mins from trams and 10 mins from Nice Ville station. Well equipt apartment with a great balcony and modern kitchen. Host was always available.

Wonderful apartment

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely, clean apartment. The air conditioning worked very well, which we appreciated as it was at times quite hot outside. We had excellent communication with the host, who kindly let us have an early check-in, which I very much appreciated, as I was exhausted and jet-lagged after a long overnight flight from Canada to Nice. So thanks very much! The apt is located very close to a tramway stop (Alsace Lorraine), which was useful for getting to downtown Nice. Our only small disappointment was that there was only one restaurant in the area (the Brasserie Gambetta; very good food); one had to go farther afield for a choice of restaurants. But all in all, we had a wonderful stay in this spotless apartment with very comfortable beds and a much-appreciated elevator.

Great apartment

Apartment was new, clean and walking distance to town, beach and transportation. AC and elevator were a nice plus. I would definitely recommend!!!!

Je ne recommande pas l’appartement, la personne qui nous a accueilli ne parle pas français, l’appartement est inaccessible pour une poussette avec un bébé. Il était indiqué un parking sur l’annonce nous avions réservé ce logement pour le parking malheureusement il n’y en avait pas. La propreté de l’appartement laisse à désirer seul point positif il est situé à proximité des commerces et de la plage. Appartement rénové mais mal entretenu passez votre chemin

Nice apartment

My son and I had a fabulous time on vacation in Nice before he heads off to college. The apartment was very comfortable and centrally located (walking distance) to all the great sites. I highly recommend it!

Just perfect

The lift taking us straight into our apartment was a great welcome surprise. The apartment is clean, modern, functional and in an ideal location. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space, after touring/visits outdoor terrace perfect for afternoon sunbathing with privacy. Close (but not too close) to shops, train station, tram station, restaurants, takeaways, beach and Nice highlights. Strong Wi-Fi and tv reception. No noise or disturbance from neighbours.

This is a lovely apartment. There’s a 23 m2 large terrace in a sunny west position and a separate balcony with morning sun. It is close to the tram, which takes you to the airport, Place Massena and the Port of Nice among other places. It is a lovely apartment which I highly recommend.
